This is a brand new construction that just completed in 2022. The house can comfortably fit a family or a group of friends. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds), 2 full bathrooms (1 shower and 1 tub) and a full kitchen. The rooms are equipped with brand new memory foam mattresses, soft sheets, and black out curtains. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and coffee will all be provided.

The location is unbeatable. We are mins away from the best Texas BBQ and tacos in Austin; multiple cafes/bars nearby to grab your morning coffee, a drink for happy hour, or late night snacks; and a hike and bike trail by the lake for your morning run. We are about a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown and Austin Convention Center. Check out our guidebook for all our recommendations!

Great place to stay.

The property was exactly as stated in the ad. Everything was clean and it was very easy to find. Its very close to everything. Would reccomend to family or friends.

Great place to stay! Def recommend for families or friends. Cool layout and the beds were very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of the property and the location is great.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing, and superb location.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable and relaxing. We took our 18 month old with us and it is very kid friendly. Also, great location if your looking to hang on the east side.

Great place, location, and attention to detail by the owners. My daughter and I had a great stay here. We felt safe and comfortable. Everything from the amenities provided to the decor was fantastic.

East Cesar Chavez - fun neighborhood

We - 4 adults- had a great stay. Check in instructions were clear and precise. Place was spotless. Quiet. We walked to Lady Bird Lake. And the restaurants, coffee shops and food carts around East Cesar were so fun. Only 20 minutes to airport. Location was perfect for our stay. Would stay there again.

Cool Place

I selected this place because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint! It was clean, comfortable, modern, with plenty of space for 4 people. It had everything you need for a weekend stay. It’s very close to downtown but just far enough to not feel the city traffic and noises. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, beautiful unit

Incredible unit, very clean, beautifully done. Both bathrooms are excellent. Location is supreme, easy access to public transport, Uber/lyft always a few mins away, and walking distance to several great bars and restaurants. Walking distance to incredible barbecue. Top tier spot.

East Side Haven

We had such a great stay. Photos don’t do the home justice. It was so much larger than we thought. It was in a very quiet neighborhood close to tons of fun bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Everything listing says and more!!!

This property was so wonderful that we would have been happy to just stay there and not even go out the doors to visit Austin!! All the necessities were there including comfort in everything but especially we loved the Zen vibe of simplicity and absolute tastefulness in the design of the dwelling and the furnishings! The location was such a hip area for us and our 30 year old daughter but literally just a couple of minutes to downtown and South Congress St! She loved the ability to leave the dwelling and run the trails a few blocks away at the lake! If anyone is looking for a dwelling for 3 or 4 people in Austin, stop looking and book this sanctuary!! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect!

Perfect little unit in great location

This little house is ideal! Everything is new and clean - good appliances, sheets, tv etc. Great communication and all steps of the process were so easy. Really a great experience

Very clean and enjoyed separate cooling systems for upstairs and downstairs rooms. Kitchen was a little sparse for dishes, but tha appliances were great. Overall a fantastic stay!

Ease of access to Lady Bird Lake

Enjoyed the walk to and around Lady Bird Lake. Wish we could have tried our hand at canoeing, maybe next time.

Great location Quiet neighborhood

10 minutes lime ride from downtown but plenty of local food near by. The property has a small balcony off of the master bedroom for a little relaxation. Very clean, and open floor plan and a very nice and patient host.

What a great place, We love the location.

I love the ease if getting into the property with the key pad ( no keys to lose 👍). The location was great we had a car so we drive all over Austin, but you can walk to restaurants and cocktails. Lady bird lake is close too. The host was great communication was clear and prompt. I would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you so much Ruby!
