Amazing stay!

We stayed with family after a surprise engagement. Excellent location! Property is beautiful, clean and spacious. The amenities were awesome. We will absolutely look to stay again in the future when family is back in town. Thanks for a great place to celebrate!

Great location and stay

Nice trip and location. The kitchen needs more basics for cooking - larger pots, strainer, utensils, etc. Floors are slanted and plumbing pressure an issue. Nice outdoor space and firepit.

Fantastic stay!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and tidy with a very spacious backyard. Very well located, walking distance to downtown but isolated enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Great space

The house was a great space for the price. A little off the beaten path but there is a cute coffee shop around the corner. It had everything we needed. The only reason it was not 5 stars was some plumbing issues.

So much fun!

What a great handful of days that we enjoyed in Austin using Neal’s perfectly located home as a base to explore. Our group of four adults fit perfectly – we loved how quiet the neighborhood was and definitely enjoyed the proximity to Lady Bird Lake. Neal was particularly gracious in accommodating our last-minute change of plans! Wonderful host, wonderful home!

Nice Place - Close to Ladybird Lake

Really walkable considering Austin is a car town. Can get to 6th St., Rainey St., and of course, Ladybird lake and kayak/paddleboard rentals. Only thing I'd ask they add is some official bedding for the couch if that's where someone is going to stay - it pulls out but there were not many extra pillows, blankets, or any sheets left for that.

Cute place

Good location. Beds are comfortable and quiet area. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable here. This home is a manufactured or modular with updates. Floor isn’t very level but that’s okay. Nice and clean plus comfy beds so that’s most important

Great place!

Nicely furnished and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The only issues that we had was that the yard was really muddy but we had heard that it had rained a lot prior to our visit. I also felt that the rental was not as clean as it should have been. Great place though!

Big Blue Invasion

Boys trip for the UT vs. UK Football game and had a great time in Austin. The house was perfect for our group of 5 and was within walking distance or short uber to everywhere we wanted to go.

Good spot!

The property was just what we needed great bang for your buck for a group of 6 adults. We were the perfect distance from everything but not in the middle of anything. Would suggest packing a couple laundry pods if you plan to do laundry. Water pressure could be a little stronger but the kitchen was stocked with seasonings for cooking and a dishwasher is always a plus! Neal was quick to respond and was very accommodating.

Good value for the stay

The property is a nice place to crash at when you are visiting Austin and need to be close to the convention center. The space was clean. The living room and kitchen are not very spacious but decent sized. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook a few meals. The 3 bedrooms are all well sized. The master bath is quite spacious. All rooms had clean sheets and some closet space. Master bedroom did not exactly have a closet but had a rack to keep your stuff on and a pole to hang clothes from. The mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioners worked quite well and we didn't feel the outside heat. Overall the house was nice and clean. The host Neal was very nice and accommodating. Instructions were easy to follow and Neal was quite responsive. I would definitely consider staying here again when I'm back.

It was myself and 3 big gentlemen and we fit in very comfortably. Everything was nicely decorated, it was comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere (including a beautiful 40 min walk to South Congress). Would stay here again.
