Enjoyed our stay

The condo was exactly as described, just what my husband and I needed for our week at the beach. The balcony was nice to sit and view the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend. It was very nice and clean and is actually better than the pics!! Convenient and in a nice resort. Would recommend this condo to anyone!

Very nice and clean room. Great views of the Ocean and convenient to the beach and many local restaurants. Communication was good and no check-in issues.

The property was exactly as represented- clean, very nice and new, wonderful balcony, right on the beach and a great view of the ocean.

Great spot

We go to Kingston Plantation every year. Sometimes a couple times. This unit is in a great spot.

Great view, good room

I'm a big fan of Kingston Plantation, this is a nice efficiency in Brighton, great view, great little deck facing Apache Pier direction. Bed is comfy and not too tall (important if you're traveling with eldery like me). Even though this is just an efficiency nice big bathroom. Highly recommend!

Nice View

Feels more like oceanfront than ocean view. The room is nice and it is a great area. We enjoy watching the foxes that live in the dunes.

Great View, good location

The room and living situation are really nice. There aren't any cups, bowls, utensils etc so if you plan on eating in the room at all be aware of that.

Brighton stay

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom fixtures were little outdated, but totally usable and very clean. It should be noted that you’re unable to use the rest of the Kingston, plantation pools and hot tubs. The pool and hot tub that Brighton has was very nice though the pool water was so cold. The hot tub was full of children.

Blissful Stay

Having a beautiful view and luxurious accommodations recharged us to see this school year out. I hope to return to this very studio again and again. The property security and additional offerings —such as restaurants and beautiful outdoor spaces—make this ocean view studio a smart and worry-free choice. Owners have made the entire process seamless from booking to departure. Equally important to note is the absolute Spotless environment we were able to enjoy throughout our stay! Condo was clean and ready as soon as I arrived. Great view of the beach and close to shopping. Perfect for a Mom’s weekend away. Would definitely stay again.
