Great place to stay!! The room was very spacious. Nice view from the balcony of the ocean and the city side. Check in was ok. The lock box was located on a wall that wasn't seen. All in all I will definitely stay there in the future

Property was okay. But living room furniture is very dated worn old and uncomfortable. Paint on walls and guest bathroom needs to be redone. It feels like the unit has had a lot of traffic through it and not very much sprucing up nor renovating. I noticed other units in the building have new wood like floor services which would be better than the old work carpet with a huge bubble in it. There was a starter kit of toilet paper and paper towel roll with two trash can liners. Basic but at least something until you go shopping unless you bring them from home. Liquid soap by the sinks in both bathrooms and dishwasher pods were a nice touch though. With some renovation and sprucing up this could become a shiny diamond

The condo was very outdated and not cleaned well. It looks like it had never been remodeled or painted, etc. In the one bedroom, there was a chicken leg in the closet and pop cans with pop them under the beds. I felt like they used reviews from other properties in the Kingston plantation area. The price was good, but it definitely needs more extensive cleaning!

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach, you can’t beat the location. Plus the property offered lot of amenities! The patio was our favorite place to relax with a coffee while listening to the waves. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It could use a little sprucing up here and there, but overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Clean and great location

Property was as described, large rooms, clean, and the facilities at Kingston Plantation are great. New brewery within walking distance with a view of the ocean is also an added plus!

The size of the space is nice. The condition of the property needs some attention. Examples : kitchen faucet sprayer does not stay in place. Bathroom faucet hot water handle turns past off and turns back on. Washing machine sensor setting does not operate properly. Everything looks like it needs to be updated. Everything also feels like it needs to be deep cleaned. The top of the refrigerator was absolutely disgusting. Dining room table under the glass also disgusting. Listing stated that rental included access to a gym, it doesn't. Overall value not worth the monthly spent for what we received.
