This property was the perfect fit for our family for our annual beach vacation. The owner has thought of everything you could need to have a wonderful stay. Everything about this condo, location, amenities and our stay was a 10/10!

We had a great experience with Allison’s condo. It was clean and very comfortable for us over a 5 day period as we moved our son into Eckerd College. It’s very close to the bridge connecting St Pete beach so we enjoyed morning runs across the bridge. Thank you again for a great stay! We enjoyed our time and will check availability next time we’re in the area.

We just spent over a month here and our stay was excellent! The condo was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, including beach supplies. The grounds were very well kept. The location was perfect, near the beaches, downtown St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Allison is a very helpful and responsive host.Overall it was everything we were looking for, and we will definitely come back!

We always enjoy our visits to St. Pete and the beach and Isla del Sol is a great location. this home is nicely furnished and very comfortable.

We felt very welcomed when we arrived. The host communicates quickly and is very pleasant. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The swimming pool is great and is open until 11 pm. The sushi restaurant was a wonderful surprise! We simply had a wonderful stay.

We had a truly exceptional experience during our stay at this property! The condo was exactly as advertised and had all of the luxuries we were looking for. The property was clean and fully equipped for our stay. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We are definitely hoping for an opportunity to rent this unit again in the future. Our host communicated with us throughout our stay. And was helpful with making several suggestions for the surrounding area. The property is well kept and very inviting. The location was centered in the area and venues that we visited throughout our stay.

We just returned from Allison’s place after spending a week visiting with family in the area. The condo is beautifully updated and very comfortable. All of the things you need are all there… just like home :). The location is so convenient to the beach or downtown! I would not hesitate to book this again!

Thanksgiving in St. Pete’s

Fantastic choice for our first VRBO rental! Allison’s condo is Beautiful and stocked with all you could need. Great area close to St. Pete’s Beach. Wonderful Vacation !!

The Knapp’s were excellent hosts with a beautifully appointed property. No detail was overlooked for the guest’s enjoyment. The location was terrific and the amenities were plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, updated, sunny space. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Lots of nice little extras. New , comfortable beach chairs. Comfortable mattresses with good quality sheets and comforters. Gorgeous main room bathroom with fabulous rain shower. Highly recommend this condo. Close to Fort Desoto Beach and St. Pete Besch.

I would highly recommend this place for your visit. The condo is in a great location. It's clean and has everything you need to accommodate your stay. The owner is easy to work with and provides you with very detailed information. I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely condo

We had a wonderful time. The unit was spotless and well equipped. The location was perfect! We enjoyed the Dali and Chihuly museums, visited Tarpon Springs, Ybor City and places between. The beds were comfortable and the room arrangement provided privacy for two couples. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo on Isla Del Sol

Such a cute condo on Isla Del Sol. Upscale condo area - easy to get over to St Pete’s and into St. Petersburg. Multiple pools on property. The Knapp’s take such good care of their place. Perfect for a family of three or four people.

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful Condo with all the amenities. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. Perfect for moving our daughter into University of Tampa

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo surpassed our expectations. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and in a convenient location. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay and gave us many dining recommendations. While there is a beach within a few miles of the property, we opted to drive to a few different beaches around the area as well. We would love to stay here again and hope to return soon.

Absolutely Beautiful Home Away From Home!!

Stayed at Allison's home for eight days in April. We hated to leave as the home is so beautiful and is packed with every imaginable amenity to make your stay comfy and enjoyable. Plus the location is perfect -- close to all the places we love to visit during our time in Florida. Do not hesitate to make this your "Home Away From Home" -- you will not be disappointed!!
