Our balcony overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay with a view of the famous Don Cesar hotel. We have the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. It is just an amazing place and you feel like you are on vacation from the time you ride into our neighborhood.

Laundry facilities are in the unit with a new front load washer and dryThe heated community pool, hot tub and private beach areas are specifically for our building groups so it does not get over crowded. You can go to the beach or stay at our complex and it all feels like vacation.
