A large rustic cabin, just outside the historic town of Dahlonega, sits on 37 acres overlooking Clay Creek and lush pastures. This getaway home is the perfect location to fish in the stocked pond, swim in the pool, and/or relax in the hot tub and sauna. Fulfill your stay at the cabin with winery visits, hiking, and gem mining.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely property. With a hot tub, sauna, swimming pool and spacious accommodations , it had everything you could ask for.

July Getaway

Cabin was beautiful and had so much room. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. It is a quiet and relaxing spot. The property manager was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Cabin Extravaganza

This was the perfect place for our vacation/wedding trip to the Dahlonega area. Better in person than the pictures. Huge home with plenty of room for everyone…there were 7 of us. We’d love to come back and would recommend this cabin to everyone.

Family vacation

This was the perfect place to get away and reunite with our family. We all made wonderful, family memories. Joe and his family was very welcoming and provided the best hospitality. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect Getaway Cabin

We stayed here for a mom's getaway weekend and it was perfect for our group of six. The cabin is cute and spacious. The amenities - pool, hot tub, sauna were so nice to have and we enjoyed all of them! The property is also incredible and quiet. The owner and property manager were both great to work with and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

Beautiful home and peaceful location. Pleasant homeowner and property manager who were easy to work with as well as attentive. Would definitely recommend. Pool needed cleaned is the only negative I can say. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this cabin!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! I can’t say enough good things about it. From start to finish, we had everything we needed. We always felt cozy and comfortable and all the amenities were exactly as described. Even when we ran out of firewood, the property manager brought us more. The sauna and hot tub were a huge hit and used daily. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was only 10 minutes from downtown Dahlonega and that was a huge plus for us. Thank you for a place where we could make family memories!

Wedding Visit

This property is absolutely beautiful. We needed a property close to my daughters wedding venue and we were very happy. Plenty of room for up to 10 people. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spectacular Cabin in Dahlonega

This property was over and beyond my expectations. It is so close to town and to Monteluce Winery. The pictures did not do it justice at all. The cabin was very tastefully decorated and all the furnishings were high end. The property itself was manicured to a tee.Easy check in and check out. The host went over and beyond to accomodate our changing schedule. Just spectacular!

Wonderful family Getaway!

We are a family of 5( mom, dad, 6yo, 3yo, and 2 month old),plus one set of Grandparents. This cabin was the absolute perfect place to take time to getaway over the Fourth of July holiday. Our kids swam nonstop, we had loads of room and the house was outfitted so comfortably. It is gorgeous and the grounds were beautiful for walks. Loved this stay and hope to be back!

Family gathering for Daughters graduation from UNG

This place was perfect!! We had enough room to enjoy everyone and not be on top of each other. Joe was amazing he was right on top of things when we needed his help. We enjoyed everything about this space and hope to plan another visit in the warmer season to be able to enjoy the pool.

Eight is Enough

12 year annual girls away. We enjoyed staying at Stoney J’s. It was perfect for our get away. We went wine tasting in the city and enjoy all the amenities there was to offer. Would highly recommend. Joe and his wife were very responsive.

Amazing Property

We stayed here for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. The property was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We visited several wineries within 15 miles and downtown Dahlonega within 5 minutes. The property is very private and we enjoyed walking to see the various beautiful landscape spots. Joe was very helpful with anything we needed. Nobody wanted to leave but definitely would love to stay again.

Weekend house for bridal party

We rented this property for my daughter who was getting married at Juliette Chapel and her bridesmaids to enjoy and get ready for the wedding. It was perfect for them! They used the downstairs living space for hair and makeup. This house is amazing for a group.

A private oasis in the North Georgia woods.

This is an amazing log cabin on a small hill surrounded by hardwood forest and pastures. A beautiful pool, a giant hot tub, and a sauna in a private secluded setting that couldn't be more peaceful if you're looking for a little getaway. We loved it. Wish we could have stayed a month. Note... Bring at least 2 extension cords with one at least 50' because there are no outlets anywhere near the pool or the spa and even indoors outlets are at a premium.
