I've had a group of women at this property for a couple of years. The location is awesome and very walkable into town. The view, sunset, traffic on the water just adds to the serenity of the property.

Well taken care of home. Lots of space. Outdoor space great also. 4 adult couples weekend. Great place to enjoy river towns on long holiday weekend.

Everything was very clean and landscaping was great. The views were ever-changing on the river and beautiful. The size of the house was perfect for our small family reunion. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting at various times on all parts of the wraparound deck. The wildlife was fun to watch. There was very little for us to do when we left. We appreciate that.

Lovely, spacious home with a view of the Mississippi River. The home is very clean and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and more! The home has a great deck for watching the barges and trains go by.Communication with the host was excellent!One suggestion would be to have a chair in the master bedroom to able to comfortably watch TV or read.

The BRD Nest was perfect for our college reunion. The accommodations were very comfortable. The view is amazing. The location was very convenient. The home included everything we needed for a fun long weekend.

The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. The house was perfect for our family get away, and especially since we each got our own very large bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great communication and attention to details! Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of the river. Great place to relax and watch the boats and trains go by. Close to the state park where there are lots of hiking trails to explore! Wonderful place for our family!

Great location & spacious home

The BRD Nest was a great place for our big family group to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for privacy and nice open common areas for gathering. Can’t beat the view of the river from the windows and deck!

We love this clean home with a fantastic view of the Mighty Mississippi! The hosts keep this home spotless, it is very well stocked and the huge deck is a delight to relax on and watch the fantastic sunsets. The only drawback could be the stairs for anyone with mobility issues. This was our second visit and we look forward to returning.
