Very comfortable bed and pillows with great location next to a nice restaurant and convenience store. Nicely located to downtown Lacrosse. Wonderful upper deck w great views for relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay. Even with the hot weather, the inside stayed cool and comfortable, and the upper deck fans made it a great place to relax and play cards with the kids. Mornings were especially peaceful as my husband and I enjoyed coffee by the water. The boat was very clean, everyone slept well, and the kids loved the vibe (as did we). Greg was helpful with a technical question, and April was responsive throughout check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic boat!

Such a fun way to spend time in the La Crosse area. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Quiet marina. Greg and April were very responsive to messages and were able to get the heat on for us quickly after some unexpected cool nights! We had a great stay and our 1 year old had a fun time exploring the boat!

Oktoberfest Weekend

Had a great time on the boat. Everything was clean and as pictured. Had 1 minor issue that the owner took care of right away. Location was great for Oktoberfest. Overall a very cool and unique experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Stay

Everything looked like the pictures. Sitting up top in the morning for coffee or at night for socializing was nice. Three restaurants/bar grills were in walking distance along with a Kwik Trip. It was about a 5 minute drive to downtown La Crosse. Fun time. Fun town.

It’s nice, it’s not a yacht. Let’s be real it’s a house boat. The bathroom is tight but it’s a boat so that is to be expected. There was some issues with things on the boat. Fans on top deck didn’t work, the lock and key fobs didn’t work, the lock took several times to get it to open. Parking is not ideal but it worked. It was very clean and it was nice to be on the water, my wife loved it and it was ok for me.

The property was clean. Directions for checking in were very clear! When we did have a minor problem, it was taken care of quickly!!We enjoyed our stay!!!

Easy instructions for check-in and -out. Very responsive communication with hosts. Clean and well appointed. The secondary beds are probably better for kids than adults but it worked. The heat wave kept us from enjoying the upper deck and it’s views, unfortunately, but we were very pleased with houseboat living!

It’s a beautifully well kept houseboat, very clean, and comfortable. The upper deck is a great hangout space with fans, lights and fan coverage. The boat AC is excellent and you will stay cool in the peak of summer! The marina is great and a very relaxed environment with easy access to restaurants and downtown La Crosse minutes away. Greg was very responsive and helpful during the trip.

We had a great time staying on the boat. La Crosse is a great little town and we will be back! April was a very responsive and helpful host. The weather didn’t cooperate but it was still a lot of fun.

We were up for high school state track and field. I’m going to say I believe normally this is a nice stay away outside of a hotel. But we had a terrible smell in the boat, I believe it was diesel odor. It just so happened they moved the boat that day and when we arrived the smell was so bad we had to leave the doors open. There has to be more involved than just moving it for that strong of a smell. Our clothes were so bad when we got home everything had to be washed, even things that were never worn. My wife and sister in law actually threw their pillows away that they brought along. Told the owners and didn’t feel they really believed us. Had to reach out to her twice to even get a response. When we rent a place to stay, I don’t believe you should have to either wash or throw personal belongings away after spending a weekend on a boat.

While I'm sincerely sorry that you had this experience during your stay, you did not make us aware of the issue until after you checked out of your 2 night stay. Had you messaged us immediately upon check in that there was a smell to the degree you describe, we would have absolutely been over immediately to investigate and rectify the situation. But because we were never informed until you'd left, we were unable to help you with it. We did look into it after your departure upon receiving your message, and we could not find anything specific. It is a marina with boats coming and going all of the time, so there are a variety of smells associated with that. We have had 8 groups of guests through our various platforms since your stay with zero complaints of smell. So whatever it was has resolved.
