Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a King size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. If you want to hide out

If you’re looking for a place to hide out where nobody will find you this is it it’s cute. It was clean and it’s a cute little getaway away from everything else if that’s what you’re looking for, but if you’re looking to stay in the city, definitely not it.

Clean and convenient

I was very pleased with the unit I stayed in. It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient in terms of location. The overall property was very well maintained, and communication with management was excellent. I will be planning to stay here again in the future.

Comfortable stay

Property was easy to find. Parking & unloading/loading was a breeze! Peaceful & quiet at night. Host provided everything you needed. Will definitely stay here again!

This cottage was extremely cozy. Comfortable ed and pillows. Location was also a plus. Down the street from the beach. I will definitely stay again.

Rockport get -a -way

Very clean, organized, comfortable cottage. Close to a lot of restaurants and to go places. Beach is right there. Had a wonderful guided fishing trip and went to the Bar B Q cook-off. .

Great place close to everything

Our stay was great, the place was very comfortable. Our only complaint was another guest that took up lots of parking with boat. The room was fun and bed very comfortable. The room would be even better with a luggage rack in the room and towel bar or hooks in the bathroom.

Grandmother Getaway

Brought my grandmother to stay here for the weekend. She has dimentia and is a little wobbly so this cottage was perfect for us. I had to ask for extra towels and they were happy to bring us more. Very accommodating and will definitely stay here again.

Coast Oaks cottage 6

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying here (same cottage). The first time was July of 2023. .the king bed was wonderful. This time, the mattress is different and not comfortable. Please replace with the previous mattress. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Cute place, and clean property. Very conveniently location.

I enjoyed my stay, but did not enjoy the large cockroach belly up in the middle of my room, a light out in the bathroom. There was a substance on the floor at the foot of the bed. I grab some paper towels to wipe it up and the paper towels was filthy. My sock that I wore while there were very very dirty, so I don't think the floors get mopped very often. Most folks would not say anything about this, but I think there is some feces on the wall behind the toilet tank, and some spills on the wall left of the sink. Floor under the sink to the wall need a good cleaning. But, I would stay again. Cleaning crew needs to be just a tad bit more efficient, and check for big roaches. Lol FYI I usually don't complain, but you have a nice place, and your cleaning crew needs to keep it that way. Thanks!
