The historic village Spay is located in the romantic Middle Rhine Valley, only 12 km south of Koblenz, so right in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley.

The region is a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its many castles and castles and its exceptional natural environment.

From the centrally located apartment you can reach the banks of the Rhine, beautiful hiking trails, bicycle paths and public transport within a few minutes.

The train station is also within walking distance in about 3 minutes, from where you take the Mittelrheinbahn through the whole world heritage. (Free with the ÖPNV guest ticket)

The railway belongs to the Middle Rhine Valley - just like the legendary Loreley and the steep vineyards. Our apartment is located (as so many other apartments in the Middle Rhine Valley) in the immediate vicinity of the train. It is expected to train noise.
