The cabin was beautiful and cozy and location awesome. Close to Summerhaven for coffee and close to hiking trails. The deck is something special.

Beautiful cozy cabin with all the amenities. The deck is amazing with the pine trees growing out of it. Very quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Excellent location!

Great location clean comfortable cabin pet friendly my furr baby is my life and we had a great time!!! Went a day early for an extra little spendy per day but was happy to get it!!! Ended up having to leave a day early do to weather!!! Definitely will rent again!!! Also best be in good shape the trek from parking up the steep hill to cabin door will take your breath away but very private!!

Fabulous get away from the Tucson heat. The cabin is well appointed and very comfortable. Games, videos and a great deck provided perfect relaxation.

Cabin was in great condition and the location of the cabin was very close to the village. A perfect balance between quietness and community. Everything worked great in the cabin. The only recommendation that I would give is to purchase a better outdoor gas grill. The temperature of the grill only reached 275, luckily there wasn’t any wind. But other than that, we will definitely be back.

Great place me and family, we stayed 5 nights and had a very relaxing stay, We hike, cooked and ate on a great deck, the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. When we didn't want to cook we had the Sawmill down the road as well as Behond Bread.Thank you very much, The McDougalls

We loved this spot! We asked for a late checkout and the host gave us an additional 6 hours at the cabin because the cleaners weren't coming til the next day. We loved it there!

This place is so charming! The view from the window and the huge porch was just lovely, and it was well stocked with lots of games, dvds, and puzzles. It also just smells so good--you could smell all the lovely fires from the fireplace over the years, and it was awesome. It had just what we needed for a relaxing time together, and it didn't hurt that it was a short walk from the cookie cabin!

Being in the mountains is about being outdoors... so it's all about the deck with this place, and who doesn't like a big deck? Nice size, tree covered deck covers 2 sides of the cabin. Comfortable outdoor furniture (chairs and tables) and a propane grill. Inside the cabin is nice; old wood floors provided that classic cabin feeling to the place. Nice big fireplace and plenty of windows to let the scenery in. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all the cooking supplies you'll need, loved the older style stove/oven (how old is that thing?).Easy access, located just off the main road. You can see the main road from the cabin, but the cabin is elevated up from the road affording nice privacy. There are roughly 20 stairs to climb to reach the cabin. Nice sturdy staircase with handrails.

Wonderful stay! The cabin is perfect for a nice, quiet get away while still being within walking distance of shops/restaurants/trail heads. Lots of nature watching too!
