Very clean and everything you need right there for you to use. Close to the beach. The people that live there, including security, were very, nice, very helpful. I definitely will recommend this place. And also, we'll be renting again. Soon.Even though the pool was being remodeled, they still give you an opportunity to go to another place. Across the street with a very nice pool as well

The condo was excellent for the value and the property manager responded quickly to any questions I had. The only issue is the limited hot water supply. If you don’t take 5-10 minute showers, then that could be an issue for you.

Thank you for your kind review. We will definitely investigate what the issue is with the water heater tank because that should not be happening. Best regards, Natalie

3 week stay

The property met our needs for 3 weeks and loved the ambience of the condo complex. Did not like some of the surrounding area, but that is not the fault of the owner

Palm Suites, Punta Cana 2023

Usually i don't write a review, but we really enjoyed this stay. Palm Suites is huge and very nice, clean, with great backyard and balcony that faces swimming pool, with a nice view. Apartment comes like fully loaded, with everything that you need. I felt like I was at home. Living room has apple TV, and a pull out sofa that you can also sleep on, if you travel with more people. 2 full washrooms with showers, which is very convinient, after the beach me and my friend used showers at the same time. In the bedroom the bed is HUGE it is King bed but looks and feels much bigger. Also, you can go from bedroom to the balcony and from living room. There is a washer and dryer but you can also dry clothes in the backyard. Backyard has table with chairs and umbrella. I just fall in love with this suite. Swimming pool being cleaned daily, so it is super clean. It has tables with chairs and sunbeds with umbrellas. You can easily spend all day there if there are high waves or you lazy to go anywhere. Neighborous are friendly and its quite. This aparment is 5 minutes away from the sea. There is 365 beach club, with business style restaurant with a decent prices for a breakfast, lunch and you get either a table with chairs or sunbeds with umbrella. Uber to the Jumbo mall is around 20$ and you can buy groceries there. Also it is a Downtown Punta Cana there. Good prices for tourist packages available. Would definetely recommend this Palm Suites and will definetely come back!
