Dolphins and More

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, spacious and well-appointed vacation rental. Really enjoyed the lazy river and beach access.We were able to watch the dolphins swim past on the first morning and really enjoyed the beach views. Two minor dings - not enough TP for a week-long visit and most of the TV remotes didn't have batteries, which made watching anything but Roku impossible on the main TV. Timing was great - weather was awesome at the end of September and not very crowded (as most kids were back in school).Would come back to this unit and this property.

Beautiful condo, great location, some details need attention

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seamless check in and check out. Enjoyable amenities and convenient proximity to beach. Having to wear a wristband everywhere was annoying because they’re uncomfortable, but I get the need. Although the condo was clean, it needs a more detailed cleaning. There was a lot of grease on the cabinets and counters, and toilets weren’t as clean as you’d expect for a vacation rental.... All the tv remotes were missing batteries except ones that didn’t seem to work with the TVS... The garbage disposal wouldn’t turn on but that didn’t really affect us. Dryer needs service, you have to run it several times to dry clothes. You can hear neighbors constantly through the walls. The view, pools, waterslide, and the lazy river made up for all of that for our group! We loved the area. Recommend grocery shopping before you get to the beach. Liquor store owner across the street by Publix said all prices would include a 30% alcohol tax which made a 12 pack of coors light $33, but went to wal mart and got a 24 pack for $24 including tax!

Great family trip!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beach is steps away and the pool area is wonderful. We all enjoyed the lazy river after a day on the beach. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and clean beautiful view spectacular would love to rent again recommend this place highly my grandkids had problems with tv issues but most of the time was outside anyway enjoyed the stay.

Enjoyed our stay, BUT the wait time for elevators was ridiculous. We waited up to 45 minutes to get an elevator we could fit in to check in and out with our baggage.

Loved the condo. We couldn't get any phone service inside the condo and the wifi was really slow.

Family Vaca!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was so roomy and comfortable. It was convenient to everything and had stunning views from the oversize windows. The only issue we ran into was there was the bottom of a blender but no mixing pitcher. If you are going to be the beach you have to have a blender. I would suggest investing. Everything else was perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We just wrapped up our 4th annual tired moms beach trip, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our much-needed escape!There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax (and not hear each other snore 😅). The view was absolutely breathtaking—mornings with coffee on the balcony became our favorite tradition. The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to recharge, reconnect, and laugh until we cried.We made so many unforgettable memories—from sunset chats to sandy snacks and spontaneous dance parties. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We already can’t wait to book it again next year!Highly recommend for any group of friends in need of sunshine, sleep, and some serious soul therapy 💛🌴

Disappointing but still good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Phoenix West and have been multiple times, including twice this summer. This unit was by far the most disappointing. The ice maker that is described and pictured is nonexistent, it's been changed our for a mini fridge. The kitchen is poorly arranged. The blowdryer didn't work. The washer makes a terrible sound. The balcony furnishing was changed and provides very little seating. There were no extra blankets anywhere. Just sub par for the cost of the condo.

Great Stay with Extended Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire family (three generations) had a great time in this comfortable, well appointed home. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were comfortable. The view was great, and all of the staff were friendly. The grand kids loved the swimming pools, water slide and lazy river. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The only thing that I would change is the water temperature in the pools. The indoor and outdoor pools were a bit cold. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing and very kid friendly with several different pools for them to enjoy along with the lazy river. The condo was very clean and had a lot of space for our entire family. The beds weren’t too comfy and the ice maker at the wet bar did not work but other than that we had an amazing trip!

Beautiful condo and Great communication with property manager, easy door code so we didn't have to go anywhere to pick up keys, etc. Perfect size condo for a pretty large family! We loved the lazy river and so did our 16 month old grand daughter! Great first beach trip for her! Our ONLY drawback was that our verizon service was limited inside the condo, but fine downstairs in lobby, by the pool and on the beach--but wifi allowed us to still text, etc. Elevators are super fast! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future! Great location and convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc.

Everything was clean. I would only suggest giving the walls a wipe down. Other than that will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was great, very nice. My only recommendations is to provide more towels. There is one for each guest but that requires you to wash daily so therefore, I feel like I am constantly doing laundry while on vacation. Providing a few more so you don't have to wash every single day would be nice. There was 1 dishtowel for the kitchen and nothing to wash dishes with as far as a dishrag except for a disposable wipe cloth. If you use a cleaning service that provides towels, have them leave a few more bath towels and kitchen hand towels
