My family and I had a wonderful time at this property for fall break. Everything advertised was accurate and the room was perfect! The eighth floor gave privacy but still the perfect view. I would recommend this property and will most likely look at booking it again.

Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at The Oasis and have stayed at this Condominium for several years. The amenities are wonderful for any age and the location is perfect. Our stay this time was amazing but we did notice the floors were not clean. My granddaughter was barefoot most of the time and her fees were always dirty. Other than the floors everything was perfect.

Property is fantastic! The lazy river, water slide, indoor pool, hot tubs and gym are amazing. The area is beautiful. The owner was great to deal with and very helpful as we were there during the recent hurricane and had to leave early. There is only a few negatives with the property. We went at fall break and the elevator waits at peak times are horrible! The condo does not have smart TVs and we could never use our aps for the kids to watch shows etc and the jacuzzi in master did not work. We did not let owner know as it was our last night and it was for the grand kids so no big issue. If better TVs and you go at non peak times you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! We will follow the same advise and return for sure.

Great condo and fantastic location

We had a great stay in this condo. Parking on the same floor as the condo was a plus and made check in so easy. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental experience was easy. The condo was very nice. We booked it last minute and were not disappointed. It was just my husband and I so we only used living areas and master bedroom and bath but we had everything we needed for our four day trip. Condo was clean and very well decorated. No complaints.

Condo was as it was in pics. Lots of seating for lounging. Great beach view. Everything we needed was there. Would book this again!!

Rainy but Beautiful

Our stay was wonderful. What a beautiful condo! Although it rained most of the week we had plenty to do on the property. I've been to this property before (different condo) but the new pool and bar were incredible additions.

Great condo in a great location

Clean and convenient condo. Nicely appointed with beautiful decor and all you need in a kitchen. Huge plus to be on a level where you are able to park and walk in! No elevators needed except for beach and pool.

Enjoyable week at the beach

Beautiful location, great unit with views of sunrise and sunsets…. on the beach with many pools and a lazy river. Needed towels and potholders in the kitchen, Instructions for turning on TV and cellular service was not good in the condo. Two bedrooms needed more storage for clothes. Overall It was comfy and well maintained condo. ❤️Orange Beach!

The condo is extremely crowded. There are only 6 elevators and the wait is horrible with waits up to an hour sometimes. The pools and lazy river are also packed. One chair in the living room is wallered out. The patio furniture cushions are old. The floor had not been mopped and our babies feet were black within an hour. Splash pad was nice, cooking area is nice.

Family Beach Vacation

What a great place for our family to enjoy a great sun-filled week!! The views were awesome from the balcony and the unit was just as described. Perfect set up for a family stay as each room provided the privacy needed for each family! We had our 15 month old granddaughter with us for her 1st beach vacation and everything was perfect for her. She could see the ocean through the windows in the living area so didn’t have to be out on the balcony. The furnishings were comfortable and the unit was clean throughout! Julia checked in with us during the week and the communication was excellent before and during our stay! Plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment including a short drive to Pensacola to watch a Blue Angels practice session. Thanks Julia for such a beautiful vacation home!!

More memories made

We were impressed with all of the extra details in the design elements of this condo. This is something I look for when I’m making a decision on which unit to choose.Everything was as pictured on the VRBO sight. Beds were very comfortable which can sometimes be an issue,they were perfect. Julia was a great host,checking in along the way. We left the day the new pool and outdoor spaces opened sadly.But we already had another stay booked for the fall in this Complex.We are all excited for a return visit!We would 100% book this Unit again.

This unit was amazing! It’s tastefully decorated, beds were very comfortable, and we loved parking on the same level as our unit. We also liked being on the 8th floor for the shorter elevator rides-very convenient. With that said, I feel that the cleaning crew needs to pay attention to dusting the unit, the shower curtains need changed, and the bedspreads need washed. We also wish there were hangers in the closets. Otherwise, the property managers were very nice to deal with, and the unit was very nice and would stay there again. We will always rent through VRBO-the process is always smooth and easy to do. This was our 5th year going through VRBO, and our 4th at the Phoenix West II, and we would not have it any other way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nicely decorated. The only issue we experienced is cleanliness. The floor was dirty and sandy. I spilled a little water from a glass and upon wiping it up the paper towel was black. Need to hold the cleaning people accountable. Also, there was no dust pan so we had to improvise to keep the sand in check. If these issues were remediated, I would rent again from this owner.

Living room furnishings very poor condition

Living room furniture very poor condition and dirty. We laid towels over accent swivel because of poor cleaning. Also found food under bed and in pull out sofa. Otherwise loved the condo and loved that there was a bathroom and shower in every bedroom it made it so easy for privacy and room to get ready! Great views and loved that it had same floor parking, made loading and unloading so easy! We choose this place because of amenities pool lazy river and slides!!! So glad we did because it was our kids first time in ocean and they were not a fan of the waves and taste! So we spent a lot of time in the great pools! Overall we would definitely rent again just would have been nice to have cleaner more updated couches and accent chairs.

All good except ....

The phone reception was really bad. 3 of us were from Illinois and we have Verizon Service. If we wanted to call someone we had to use our friends phone who lives in Florida. We could text with no problem. Internet service was fine. When I called "someone" to get information sent to me early about what was included like dish detrgent, soap etc etc. that person was a bit rude but i figure he was just having a bad day. Overall, we were all very happy with our choice (except the phone service)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start with one of my more important things, and that is, the condo was very clean. That's a huge deal to me. I'm kind of a germa phobe and it met my expectations. Another BIG deal to me, is the bed was very comfortable. Also, a nice feature was the patio furniture was different than just a table and chairs. It was nice to go take a nap on the patio on the couch. All the furniture in condo was top notch. The only thing i would recommend is they need to invest in a Keurig. We use a keurig b/c we like two diff kinds of coffee, so I had to bring my own. Other than that, everything was really, really good. I'd def. stay here again.

Beautiful unit

Beds were very comfortable and the set up was perfect in the kitchen and living area. Our children loved having breakfast at the small window high top along with outside on the comfortable patio set. Be sure to pack regular ground coffee and filters as this unit does not have keurig. Also since this was during Labor day weekend, we were a little disappointed that the snack shop on the ground floor was closed and the pool area not managed well. We had small children and saw others with elderly that had no place to sit around the pool area early because there was no guard on staff to assure that the lounge chairs were not being held. Other than those property management issues, the unit was wonderful and we would highly recommend. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Pros: The condo was beautiful! Very spacious for 6 adults and 3 children. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were very nice. The splash pad was perfect for small children! There was even a small play area for under 4yr. The lazy river and water slide were a favorite for us! The weight room/exercise room was good. The walk to the beach was easy and had several hoses to clean sand off along the boardwalk. Cons: Security guard at the entry was a little rude and resulted in one of our party being asked to leave. The situation was resolved the next day with the head of security, but very stressful. There are only 6 elevators for the entire complex. There were times there were long waits, especially on check in if you did not park on your floor.
