Excellent Sugar Hill, BarbadosWe had a fantastic stay at at Sugar Hill and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Barbados.The apartment is excellent — spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The roof terrace overlooking the pool is a real highlight, with birds and even monkeys to be seen around the grounds, giving it a lovely tropical feel.Sugar Hill itself is a beautiful, well-maintained and secure-feeling complex, with friendly staff on site, plenty of parking and some great facilities. There’s a lovely restaurant and bar with happy hours and entertainment, plus tennis and paddle tennis if you fancy something a little more active.Communication with the owners was excellent throughout, and Alicia, who manages the property, was also great to deal with.The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club pass is a fantastic added bonus and so useful to have, making it easy to enjoy the beach and facilities at one lovely west coast hotels.The only small improvement we would suggest would be to add insect screens to all the windows, just to keep any bugs out when enjoying the fresh air. That said, we encountered very few during our stay, so this was only a minor point.Overall, a brilliant apartment in a beautiful setting, with everything you need for a relaxing Barbados holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay and Judith our host was amazing to deal with. Alicia her property manager was very efficient and Phil the housekeeper was so thorough and kept the apartment in great order.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated & contained everything you could possibly need. We did not cook, but with the equipment in the kitchen anyone could have hosted a dinner party! Could definitely recommend this apartment in the secure & wonderful Sugar Hill Estate, but we do feel a car is essential for shopping, beach & exploring Barbados.

If you're looking for a place away from home, this is it! The stay was warm, clean, comfortable & exceptional. It was all that I imagined it to be. It was close to friends & the family reunion event in Monkey Hill in the same complex. The hospitality was impeccable. I would highly recommend.

Perfect property that met all our expectations. It was very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The management was excellent and very responsive when requests were made. A great place and perfect location to key points of interest on the island. If I had any negative comment would be the sun beds on the roof terrace are very uncomfortable and need cushions. Yes I would stay here again if I returned to Barbados.

We purchased high spec sunbeds for the roof terrace which are only semi-padded because they are not under cover and must be able to dry properly. Lovely Property

We really enjoyed our stay at thus property, the layout of the property is great and we really liked the flexibility of the two outside terrace areas. Everything was exactly as described and we would have no hesitation in booking again.

Paradise found !

The condo was well appointed having everything we needed for our stay. The grounds and pools are magnificent. It’s just a short drive to the Fairmont beach club with its beautiful beach and amenities. The views from the terrasse are amazing. Highly recommended would definitely come back.

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay!

Yellow Bird is a gorgeous condo with wonderful outdoor space. It was nicely furnished, the grounds were impeccable, and the pool(s) are amazing. It's secluded but close to the city when/if you want to leave. Even more, Kate and Maisha were wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

An exceptional property in a fabulous location

Everything about the stay was precisely as advertised- thank you. The location in Sugar Hill’s pristine landscaped garden close to the Club with the Deck Restaurant and various swimming pools is ideal. An outstanding property.

Loved Yellowbird and Barbados

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yellowbird. The apartment met all our needs and the surrounding grounds were lovely. The Sugar Hill staff were friendly and helpful when we need them. We’ll definitely have fond memories of our stay.

Beautiful apartment and estate.

Great location overlooking pool. Roomy outside space with a sun deck on top was a bonus. Nice clean BBQ for outdoor dining. Lovely grounds to walk about. Infinity pool by the bar and restaurant. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. I would definitely return here and recommend.

Paradise in Yellow Bird

Very enjoyable stay in Sugar Hill. The resort itself is beautiful and there are 2 pools to use with one of them having fantastic views of the sea. The house itself was very clean and had a lovely balcony and rooftop to sit at. A 20 minute walk downhill to the main road where you can access the local buses which will take you up and down the coast to wherever you want to go

YellowBird - Sugar Hill, Holetown

Second stay this year at this five star condo - the sun deck/barbeque area makes this condo unit great for those who want to dine at the condo; the access to the nearby beach club as well as the proximity to the stores in Holetown has again given us a great vacation - highly recommended
