Endless Sunsets!! This is a beautiful Bayfront Townhome in Islamorada's popular Futura Yacht Club. 3 level townhome with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.
Complex has heated pool, tennis courts, "keys" beach. WiFi included. Boat slip located in front of the townhome. Boat slip is available for a fee. $200 per week. $250 holiday week. Boat ramp and trailer parking available for a fee.

Summer 24

This was our first time coming to Futura. Our daughter and her family come every year so we decided to give it a try and we throughly enjoyed it. The property was very clean and well maintained. Check in process was very easy. We brought our boat and the property is well located with easy access to Gulf and Atlantic. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Great Week in the Keys at Futura Yacht Club!

The townhouse was right on the water with a beautiful view. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We had one call to the Property Manager for a minor request and he was right on it! Nice pool, great marina and parking was easy. Good outside space to sit and relax. A/C , washer and dryer and all appliances were great. Thanks for a wonderful week away from home! Although I don't want the secret to be out for this unit, it was pretty darn nice. Oh, it has an amazing ice machine too. Secret's out!

First time in the Keys

Overall great place, loved how easy it was to get in and out to the Atlantic with the boat. Place was cute and clean. Only negative is we would have liked to have more than 2 chairs on the balcony.

Annual Islamorada Family Vacation

Rented this property from Upper Keys Rentals. Only downside is the A/C is very warm - doesnt go any lower than 76° ‐ which can be brutal! Julie feom Upper Keys Rentals was utmost accomodating, she sent out the A/C company to have them look at the issue... the A/C Tech advised that the A/C unit is over 13 years old and needs to be replaced. Julie brought us fans to try to keep the townhouse cool. Overall, Julie and Matthew were very attentive, utmost accomodating, and the townhouse is absolutely beautiful. Temps will drop as low as 72° once the new A/C is installed. Julie & Matt from Upper Keys Rentals are awesome... 1st class concierge service!

Everything we wanted & more

A great location, fully stocked townhouse with spectacular views of Florida bay & the sunset. We rented a boat & this was our best islamorada trip yet. Hopefully this unit will be available next time we come down!
