Highlights include the stunning ocean-front property yard, ocean views, private gas grill, outdoor shower, and gas firepit. That is simply the best spot to hang out with your group - treat them to delicious grilled treats using the grill or gather around the propane firepit to roast S'mores and chat about your day and next adventures.

The beauty doesn't stop at the exterior of the home however, upon entrance you are welcomed by a beautifully renovated interior completed with new furniture and kitchen appliances. Stream a favorite series on the smart TV in the living room or gather around the coffee table and pull out any of the board games or cards provided. Any musicians in your group? There is an acoustic guitar in case you would like to hang out by the firepit and host an acoustic session. You'll love being located on Cape Cod Bay right next to the Manomet Recreation Area and just a short drive to the busy Plymouth Waterfront and exclusive Pinehills community.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view

We booked this home for the view and it did not disappoint! The sunrises were breathtaking. We did discover that all of the stairways to the beach are taken down for winter making getting down to the water impossible but it wasn’t really needed in Oct. the home is also close to great restaurants and sites to see in Plymouth and sandwich.

Plymouth stay

We loved the house, location and amenities, however on arrival the entry code did not work and there weren’t any keys left in the key safe. Clearly there was an awareness of this problem as a back door had been left unlocked. Problem was rectified the next day.

Location great!

My favorite part of this property was the back patio. The view was amazing. The beds were uncomfortable. An easy fix - just get new mattresses. Basic home. Location good for a quick girls weekend.

Fall break

The view was absolutely stunning, and the house was beautiful and clean. The beds were not that comfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Needs improvement

My fiancé and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Communication by the host or the Vacasa team was great. However, when we arrived at the Vrbo, the first issue I noticed was a dead roly poly on the floor and then a live spider on the wall. Not to mention that throughout our stay, we encountered small tiny fruit flies or drain flies. They need to spray for bugs badly. It’s not enjoyable having flies in your face when trying to eat or relax. Another issue we encountered was blood stains on the pillows in the master room. We swapped pillows with another room as we were very disgusted. Downstairs in the basement by the ping pong table, there are red marks on the walls that look like blood stains..? I’m not sure what they are but it’s off putting. The kitchen sink cabinet came off the hinge when we opened the door to throw something away. We took photos of everything. Lastly, we discovered today upon checking out that the light fixture in the hallway by the front door is leaking water. Must be a roof leak somewhere. This place has potential but needs serious work. The owner really needs to take a walk through the home and take action. This is not really acceptable to charge as much as they do for this poor condition of a property. There are scuff marks on the walls and it looks like everything was just rigged together for guests to stay. The only thing we enjoyed here was the ocean view.

Awesome September Get-away

We have nothing but good things to report from our week in the Waterfront Escape. Awesome views comfortably appreciated from the back deck and patio; long walks along the beach easily accessed by a short walk down the road; post Labor Day emptiness; and well furnished spacious lodgings. It was a great week.

Beautiful Home on the Water

This is a beautiful home on the water at Cape Cod. It was very relaxing, with comfortable furniture. The home was super-clean, exactly as advertised online. This is a wonderful getaway home that we'd highly recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Weekend getaway

Stayed here over the weekend while on business. Location was perfect and the view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was as described. Only thing I would mention is the furniture wasn't that comfortable. The beds were very hard and stiff but other then that it was perfect.

Beautiful Ocean Experience

This house is situated right on Plymouth Bay and your backyard is the water!! It was perfectly laid out to accommodate my family of parents and adult children. I would have given it a solid five star review but it needs some minor improvements such as having two pillows per person, a set of knives including a bread knife and chef’s knife, screens on all windows to make it possible to chose between air conditioning or sea breeze, enough beach chairs for all six people, wine glasses, more glasses, and an outdoor dining table. It was convenient to all the attractions of Plymouth and beyond and the view was to die for!! I assume that all of the above mentioned items will change because Vacasa is so helpful, and I look forward to returning again next year. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Great spot

Really clean and updated house with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. A few caveats-pictures are a little deceptive, you can't walk out to the beach. It's far and down a cliff. Our beds were really uncomfortable, and the master bed box spring wobbles on the frame, may be bent. And there is a foot gap in the stairs railing going to the basement (which is empty) - very scary for toddlers and we had to immediately barricade it. Overall it was worth it for the location, cleanliness and view.

Quaint home directly on the water

We stayed in this home over Columbus Day weekend. Home was very clean, the view of the ocean is beautiful, and the decor was modern and stylish. You can’t access the ocean directly from the back of the house, as you need to walk down a few houses and take the stairs down from there. Basement could be turned into a play room or movie room, or even another bedroom, as it is basically empty now. The master bedroom could probably use another dresser. Overall, the home was very nice, and exactly as advertised, thanks for a great weekend!
