This beautifully landscaped home is private, comfortable, and conveniently located in the front of the tranquil Fresh Pond with an easy accessible and very enjoyable private dock.

The house inside is impeccably maintained and in excellent condition. The outside yard is beautifully landscaped, ensuring a captivating view of the pond, from every bedroom.

Disclosures:
There is one security camera outside, located in the center above the garage doors, to ensure no trespassing on private property. The surveillance data is deleted on weekly basis.

Property was great - well appointed and as described. The fence out front was just that - it was not totally enclosed yard so if bringing a pet be advised. Pulling out of the driveway can be tricky at busy times but located near a lot of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This home was so well-appointed. It had everything we needed, including really dark curtains in the primary bedroom (awesome when traveling from three time zones away)! Plenty of room for our group who appreciates some vacation down time/privacy/rest, and still wants a great gathering space!Thank you!

Here’s a polished VRBO review:We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for our group. Everyone had a great time, and it was the perfect home base for exploring the area. We enjoyed day trips to Martha’s Vineyard, visiting Boston, and enjoying several fun dinners in Plymouth. The location was ideal, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place with lots of rooms. Host was so generous with supplies(towels, coffee, blankets). Very quiet and relaxing. I would recommend it to others.

Our family had such an amazing time at this property! We kayaked to the local beach, swam in the lake, relaxed on the porch, watched movies as a family, and took day trips to Cape Cod ocean beaches, bay beaches, Boston, the Plymouth Museum, and local wildlife sanctuary... so many wonderful things to do!The setting was quiet, on a small, gravel dead-end road. Across the street, so many kayaks and one paddle boat were ready to be pulled into the water from the dock. Lake level was fairly low when we visited in August, so it was easy for children to get in and out of the boats and to relax in the shallow water. The water was cool, calm, and fresh and popular with wading birds. The public beach across the lake is big and sandy and gorgeous for kids who want to play in the sand and go in and out of the water. The house is fairly far from downtown Plymouth, but there are plenty of stores nearby, including restaurants, a nice grocery store, and liquor stores.

Great 4-night stay for a family wedding in Plymouth. The house was perfectly suited for the seven of us and the location in front of the lake was ideal with the beautiful weather we had during the entire weekend.

This is a perfect vacation home for our growing family. With the lake and kayaks a 15-second walk from the front door to the ocean at about a 12-minute walk, it's perfect for all ages in our family.

Serene location

My family enjoyed our stay, the location allowed for us to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Boston while still being close enough for us to explore. We fell in love with Plymouth and the beauty of the area!

Amazing house and location

The house is beautifull with everything you need. The aera is quiet and the view on the Lake is wonderfull. We had a perfect vacation there and we recommand.

Family vacation - traveling to Maine for a wedding

We loved the house and its view etc etc. Beautiful weather ! We had a great time in the paddle boat and canoe and it’s close to the grocery store and nice beaches!

Beautiful family weekend

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful well equipped house. We made day trips to Plymouth, different towns in Cape Cod and Newport! We really enjoyed our Easter break. The owner was a pleasure to talked to, everything was easy and lovely.

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

Stayed here for 5 days with family to be in town for a funeral. The home was clean and the host made sure it was well equipped. Lovely view of pond from front porch.
