This is a great place for families with young children ( condo is very spacious). The condo is pet friendly. The location is perfect. Just cross the street to access the beach. Restaurants , souvenir shops and entertainment venues are just a short drive away. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Location is great. Pool right in front if the condo. Beach across the street. Close to everything. Condo was comfortable. Set up as expected when we arrived. The fact we were able to bring the dogs allowed us to do a las minute beach weekend trip. Host was responsive to our messages all the time.

Very clean! Easy beach access! Balcony view of ocean and pool. There were so many amenities provided in the kitchen for cooking a meal. Short driving distance to so many places. Very family friendly atmosphere in the condo overall. This is our second time staying at Sea Oats but first time at this specific condo. We will continue to come back. Great for us adults and our teen boys. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

Nice and clean condo

The condo was nice and clean as the website showed. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping The kitchen had all the things we needed. The beach wagon, umbrella and chairs that were available were so helpful. We would recommend this condo as a good place to stay.

Gulf Shores Fall Break

First time staying in Gulf Shores, have stayed in OBA for over 30 years. Was great to be able to take the dogs as it's getting harder to find a place that allows them. Had a great time, property was nice, kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock.

Great location

The condo was super clean, roomy and comfortable. Everything you could want for a beach vacation. Dawn reached out to make sure we were comfortable. We had our two 5 mo puppies with us so met many neighbors walking the pups several times a day. Such a nice place! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Holiday

The property is spacious, loved it was right by the pool, a short stroll to the Bay, and short walk to the beach. There is so much to do in Gulf Shores. I like that it is outside the city limits, so the “rules” are more relaxed. The Beach was never super crowded. If we had a question or problem the owners were right on it!

The property was in a quiet location right next to the Beach and bay. Had 2 pools. About 15 minutes to the main part of town. My biggest complaint would be it needs updated. Furniture, lights turned on and off by themselves. Many lights had issues. Bedroom light wouldnt turn on. Master bedroom light flickered on both lamp and main light. The bathroom doors would not stay locked. You could open them from outside. That is bad with little ones. The flooring was not finished. It did not have trim around it. We did not bring dogs but glad we didnt not very convenient to go up and down stairs. The closest for Beach stuff was really broken and dirty and thrown in there. Overall the house was ok to stay in just needs lots of updates. The cooking pans are rusted and need replaced. Had plenty of blankets and sleeping areas though. The host was very quick to respond and helpful.

Great place

Place was amazing. It was a little further out of u are looking to be close to all the attractions but we was fine with the location. Beach was very close. Pool was right there. Loved the bay as well. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Only down fall was we didn’t get parking passes and our cars about got towed. Make sure to ask for those cause we didn’t know to get them til after we got warnings on our cars 2 nights in a row.

Spring Break 2023

Dawn was wonderful to work with. I appreciate that she let us check in an hour or so early once the cleaners were done since we arrived earlier than anticipated. It was the perfect location for our family and 2 dogs. The neighboring renters were a bit loud, not realizing the walls are thin, but that is no fault of Dawn. Overall awesome home away from home. Only a couple things we noticed, but not big deals or anything that would make us not stay again. The dustpan is missing. I was going to buy 1, but forgot when we went to the store. Mattresses probably need flipping or rotating to reduce the large body indents and the master shower pressure is low. Again, these are all minor and more of an fyi only. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Dawn for being a wonderful host!

One of the pools in very close proximity to the condo. The condo is very roomy. Lots of kitchen supplies. View of the ocean from the dining room window inside of the balcony.
