Stay Creekside at the Cozy Cottage

Cozy Cottage is perfect creekside house to relax, and enjoy the countryside that eastern Tennessee has to offer. Sit on the porch to unwind and enjoy the sounds of the creek directly behind the house, or go take a splash in it yourself. We are Within 1/2 hour of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and within 6 miles Newport, Cosby entrance of Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and Foothills Parkway. We are pet friendly and offer a fenced in yard for your dog to safely run.

Pets stay for FREE!!!! Enjoy walks along the property and creek, there is an old barn and vacant house also on property, nice for evening walks to unwind!

Awesome property

Quiet location away from the tourist area. Our fur babies loved the fenced in yard and the creek. Very well thought out, every thing you needed was provided. Bonus: A small farm next door that sells fresh veggies. 30 minutes into Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. 20 minutes into Cosby/Newport.

Spring Break in the Mountains

Had an excellent stay at this rental. Close enough to all the tourist traps and the National park but far enough out that you have some peace and quiet. Host was thoughtful and had snacks and toiletries, even had bubble bath and toothbrushes for the kids! Creek on property is nice to sit at, fish in or play at with the kids. House was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our first 10/10 stay.

Best VRBO experience ever

The place was great! It was completely stocked with coffee, snacks, water, shampoos, soap, dog crates and toys, fenced yard for pets - anything and everything you could need was there! Would definitely stay here again if bringing our pups with us.

Great property

Little off the beaten path, but less than 20 minutes to Gatlinburg but wow what a relaxing place to stay. If you have pets simply amazing. Property management went above expectations, left chocolates for my girlfriend's birthday. Doesn't get much better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Awesome expierience!

We loved our time at cozy cottage very clean and cozy and diane went above and beyond to make this a great vacation. The personal touches, well stocked i never seen anything like it communication was great, we definitely will stay here again when available. We loved the location too. Our furbaby got to come and she loved it too.Thanks diane! 🙂💛

Wonderful quiet getaway spot

Diane was very accommodating. The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and even some snacks. Coffee corner. Our dog loved the fenced in yard. We ate breakfast on the enclosed back patio and listened to the birds and the creek. I wish we could have had a better view of the mountains but it is in a low valley which is okay, it was quiet and peaceful and the drive in and out of the area was nice for getting good views. Thank you Diane!

A home away from home

Very comfortable and clean, everything you would need has been provided, very well thought out and accommodating. We loved this home and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. There is a very nice couple that live downstairs, however we never heard them or hardly seen them. Our dogs loved playing in the creek at the rear of the property. Having fresh veggies for sale at the little farm next store was great. We hated having to leave here.

Secluded cabin

So cozy! Host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We had coffee, snacks, fresh eggs... Have never stayed somewhere so stocked. Felt more like a "guest" than a tenant. I was traveling cross country with 2 large dogs and this cottage was very dog friendly in addition to being "guest friendly".

Great place to stay

This place is clean and is stocked with all the essentials! Nice place to come home to after a long day touring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Diane makes sure you have everything you need and even offers suggestions on site seeing and places to eat.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home and would definitely stay again. The home was clean, cozy, and well stocked. It felt like walking into our own home. We had everything we needed! The host was very kind and helpful!

Everything we needed!

[This may be a duplicate entry... if so, sorry!] Cozy cottage was wonderful for our weekend stay. Equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable, quiet, and just as advertised. Diane was an incredible hostess, going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We will definitely try to stay here again on future visits!

Cozy Cottage says it all!

From the time of arrival to departure we felt like this was truly our home and not just a rental. Diane hosted us with such wonderful hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was memorable. The small things were truly huge impacts on helping us feel at home during our stay. We will be staying here again in the future.

Absolutely awesome

I travel often, and this has been the best place! Fully stocked with snacks and dinnerware and farm fresh eggs! Beautiful place and our dogs got to come along! So thankful we got to enjoy the cozy place to stay!
