The cleanliness of the property was definitely a plus. There were four of us on our annual girls trip and the space was adequate. The views of the mountains while on the porch were beautiful and we were steps away from the lake. The location was great.We had no problems with property while there. Prior to trip responded with host and and she was always quick to respond.

The lake views were amazing and truly the best part of the property. The house had everything we needed, though some areas felt dated and a couple of the beds and pillows could use an upgrade. The spiral staircase to the loft is very narrow, and I wasn’t expecting such a steep climb, so that’s worth noting for future guests. Overall, we had a nice stay, but a few improvements would make it even better.

Mountain and lake views were great. Condo generally in good shape and clean despite their age. Furniture not particularly comfortable. The kayaks were very dirty so did not use them. Great communication with the host. Beds were comfortable. Area shopping is great; especially Alexander’s in nearby Blairsville.

Perfect location the house has everything you need very clean!!We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t use the kayaks without paying an additional fee, but overall was a great place to stay.

Awesome Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful time over a long weekend celebrating family members birthday!! Such a lovely setting with gorgeous lake view and very easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Very relaxing and we will return!!

Love the deck

Mornings on the deck with our morning cup of coffee, the panoramic view of the lake and mountains, just the way God wanted us to start our day. Relaxing and beautiful.

Very good location with very nice lake and mountain views and lake access, and it has the potential to be a high-quality rental. However, this property is very old and is in need of substantial upgrading in many respects to achieve some of this potential for adults in the 55 to 80 age range, and for a better review than we experienced during our two week stay -- not bad, but not good.

Great Lake Front Property

Great lake view, it is a 3 story townhouse and may be hard to maneuver steps for older or handicapped individuals. Very clean. Furnishings a little old. Very good value for the money.

Sweet time on the lake!

The property was exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive to questions, etc. prior to our arrival. The 3-bedroom condo was very comfortable! There was easy access to Lake Chatuge and the 'cove' where it is located was not a busy area of the lake. We had a place for our jet ski and the neighbors were very friendly when we interacted with them on the docks. We plan to return!!!

Memorial Day weekend 2025

The property is in a beautiful location and was very well equipped for comfort and convenience. It was very clean. A little assistance needs to be provided to more easily find the property. GPS directions had us looking for a street that did not have a street sign. It is actually easy to get to once you are on the correct street. We had a very enjoyable time. It will truly be wonderful for enjoyment of the lake which was not our goal on this trip.

OUTDATED!!!!!

This property is still stuck in 1982. There is othing good to say about the nuti. The view was wonderful. Remodel!!

Hi Chris, The pictures of the property are accurate. All the linens, curtains, electronics, dining table/ chairs, cutlery, workstation, living room lighting are new. The kitchen, all utilities and the entire unit is fully operational. As the pictures show, there is no clutter, but a clean space with incredible views & access to the water. Sweet sweet 2024

The lake view at this property is amazing and I can describe it just as advertised!!!! New Year's Eve there was a firework show that my family enjoyed right before brining in the New Year!!!! Sona was great with communicating! Before the trip, during the trip and even after our communication has been the best! Thank you Sona for being so responsive and understanding! We appreciate you and the wonderful memories that your home has created for our family.

We enjoyed our stay the House and property was clean and beautiful but there were a few cosmetic items that needed to be fixed to make things more comfortable. the tile in the basement floor was loose and the bathroom toilet was not working and turned off so we were not able to do use it. Doors to the property were also concerning because they did not have proper locks.

Amazing location

You can’t beat the location of this property. Beautiful views, quiet area. The condo was very nice but needs some maintenance. Multiple bulbs out that could not be fixed due to ceiling height and lack of tools, making the living room extremely dark. In addition the stove only had two working burners due to broken knobs which makes onsite meal preparation difficult. There are two downstairs bedrooms however one has the closet so packed with stuff that you can’t hang any clothes up in it. Again great location but could use some work.

Good stay

Good property and very quiet stay Would have gave five stars but my mother which is very feeble slept on the hide-away bed in the couch because there was not a bed room on the main floor ....stairs up and down....but she loved the big lake front porch
