Very spacious house on a beautiful lot. Views of the woods and a small pond. Kitchen has lots of room and well stocked. Small cleaning details need attention but overall a very nice place to stay.

The home is beautiful and the outside setting is warm, bucolic, and peaceful! Hayesville is a quiet, small town, that is not touristy, so if you want to get some rest and peace in a medicinal place, this is it. There are several tourist towns within ten miles if that is what your up for. I will think of this place first when we want another getaway.

This cabin was beautiful- very spacious and well stocked with all the necessities. We were one of two families staying there and we had plenty of room - good layout with a master and secondary bedroom/bath downstairs. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms and a bath. Kitchen was spacious for visiting/cooking and the outdoor deck had a cute table and chairs that was perfect for our morning coffee. Beautiful craftsmanship throughout the cabin- my favorite was the front door- reminds me of the Princess Bride Definitely a steal of a deal with the price! 10/10 would recommend

It was great working with Little Bear Rentals! We had a pet issue but they took care of it and moved us to another amazing property! Will definitely be working with them in the future.

Great house for a large group

Beautiful home, well maintained, quiet, with a great location minutes to Hayesville and Hiawassee. The host was responsive and kind. The kitchen was adequate and there were some seasonings, teas/coffee, sugar, flour, oils left by previous renters. Check the cabinets before grocery shopping so you have an accurate list. The two upstairs rooms share a bathroom/shower and the master bathroom has a walk in tub that is not conducive to showering so you will be sharing a shower with the bedroom next door. In addition, the window coverings in the bedrooms you can see through when the lights are on inside, especially at night. I would stay here again (even knowing the above things) as this is a great house in a great location. It is very comfortable and a nice get-away. I have this house on my favorites list because it is so nice.

Family time

This was a very nice getaway. Newly renovated. There were some things in the house that need a little more attention (ie shower curtains too short and water splashing out of shower- very minor things). Upstairs bed I think is a full size, not Queen as advertised. Overall, very great house and I would stay again!

First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
