The house is located in a nice tree line st with very light traffic . Very quiet and safe neighborhood. A lot of Boston city clerks, doctor ,lawyer live in this town . Without driving you can walk 2 minutes to take buses and make you to orange line train only several stops to down town Boston . Close to shopping and dining . Easy excess to highway.

This house is in a nice area, charming neighborhood. Good stuff close by. We are tall people, and we wished the beds were bigger, and more comfortable. It was great to have somehwere to park cars as we only stayed 2 night's.

The kitchen was adequately stocked, the host was easy to get and stay in touch with, and we were able to park in the driveway. Everything was lovely and exactly as advertised.

If you’re looking for a house for a large family or group, this house is perfect. All was clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful, and the house is well stocked with necessities. There is a lovely yard space, but it is a quiet neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a place to rage/party, this might not be your best bet. The neighborhood is really nice and it felt very safe. The location is GREAT!. It is close to the Arboretum, and easy to get to Fenway. The owner was quick to respond and communicative. Great house for a Boston vacation.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for the needs of a three generation family that came to Boston to visit family. The location was ideal and the neighborhood was peaceful, beautiful and safe. The kitchen had the basic amenities necessary for morning coffee, and meals and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and check in on our stay. This house worked well for our family!

Good size, good location and clean

We had 7 people staying in this property and it’s spacious enough for all of us. The location is convenient and house is clean with all the supplies stocked. Highly recommend!

Nice safe Neighborhood

We had a nice stay here, It is a nice safe neighborhood and there is plenty of room. Communication with the owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

In Boston to see grandson graduate Harvard. Didn't spend much time at the VRBO rental, but when we did, space was perfect and mostly clean. Refinished floors were beautiful. Mattresses seemed new and were very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Didn't use heat and slept with windows open. Tried AC once to cool upstairs, which overcooled basement. Host Jeff Mei handled our concerns immediately.

Boston Trip

The house was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. Good location just a short Uber ride to downtown Boston. Overall great experience.

Would stay again!

The property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. The house has a roomy kitchen and open living area and plenty of sleeping options. Jeff, the host, was helpful with any concerns we had and rectified them immediately. I'd highly recommend this listing.

Boston family vaca

The communication with the owner was exceptional. The home was clean and well stocked with soaps, detergents and paper products. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it is conveniently located to downtown Boston. The furnishings are in need of replacing and the bedrooms downstairs need a place to store your clothing so you don’t live out of your suitcase. The price for the rental was very affordable for a large group.

Short trip to Boston

Taking a quick trip to Boston to see some sights and catch a game. We had two families and really enjoyed our time at this rental. It was spacious and clean. We had easy communication with the owner and he had prompt responses anytime we talked. I would definitely recommend this location to other families looking for a place to stay.

Family vacation to Boston

Jeff was a great host and his property was the ideal size and location for our stay. Communication was great throughout the process as well. Very convenient to the Orange Line as well as to the beautiful arboretum and the running/walking trails at Jamaica Pond.
