The tiny cabin was very clean and close to Jackrabbit biking trails. It was adequately appointed and the host was easy to communicate with. Was very tiny with a Murphy bed. The price seemed excessive at 300/night for such a small space.

Carol, We appreciate your feedback, we do get a lot of guests booking with us due to proximity to hiking and waterfall trails. I am sorry the murphy bed was not well suited for you, the queen size is accurately reflected in our listing. Our nightly rate for your stay was right at $200 per night. Your total price included the cleaning fees, VRBO fees and taxes. Even with the July 4th Holiday weekend, we were very competitively priced, its just that you booked a holiday weekend, which is one of the highest nightly rates of the year. We are typically in the $120-$140 per night range. We appreciate the feedback and you staying with us.

Really enjoyed my weekend. The host was great, even checked on me the morning after check in to make sure I found everything okay. Definitely would recommend and will use again.

The Ritz was a nice and quiet place. The small cabin was great. Don’t take alot of luggage - it’s a tiny home. My husband and I really enjoyed out 3 night stay. Highly recommend!!!Host was great to work with.

This cabin is truly a hidden gem. The views, the amenities, and the calm and quiet nature of the space come together to make this a mountain oasis. Plus it is local to multiple outdoor excursions, hiking trails, and viewpoints. My partner and I stayed one night. The host was very communicative.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! Everything was clean as exactly as advertised. The property does have a couple of other rentals right next to this one, so it’s not super private, but the set up they have works well. The host was prompt and courteous with any communication. Would definitely go again!

Loved the tiny cabin, the hot tub was amazing as well! The view was beautiful, my partner and I really enjoyed the area and the scenery. Waterfalls are amazing!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful, very peaceful serene. Lots of things to do and good places to eat nearby.The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. The host was great with communication and made sure we were well accommodated. We look forward to coming back in the near future!

The tiny cabin was a fun place to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The hot tub was great and the picturesque sunsets were wonderful! The area has great restaurants and activities. Robbie is a top notch host who stays in close communication, but doesn't smother you.

Excellent stay!

The tiny cabin was perfect, very clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The host was very polite and concerned if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The king bed was soooo comfortable and the hot tub was so refreshing and relaxing.

Cutest Tiny Cabin

We loved staying at The Ritz! Peaceful with a view and a hot tub. Trying to plan a trip to come back and rent all three tiny cabins at once with friends and family.

Cute and cozy

Had a very relaxing and peaceful stay for my boyfriend's bday! Easy check in process everything you need is there very comfortable bed and was very clean it's very cute and cozy great place to unwind really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend thank you for havin us!

Love the Ritz!

We loved the tiny Ritz, We enjoyed breakfast in Haysville, attended a wedding close bye and found the Chuckin Pumpkin to be a funday day Sunday. The Ritz stay was perfect & we would stay again.

The host was very helpful. The cabin views were gorgeous. Hot tub was amazing! The tiny cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a fun fall weekend away. We visited several small towns and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The cabin sits on a property with a few other tiny cabins - it was quiet, serene, and relaxing. Great way to celebrate our anniversary!

Great holiday getaway

This is exactly what we were looking for. A holiday escape from the city, complete with hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend and Robbie was very responsive. Hope I can make it out this way again!

My wife and I love to host. We work hard to leave no detail undone. We put high expectations on ourselves and want every guest to have a 6 star experience! This cabin was thoughtfully placed for the best view of the mountains. My wife does an incredible job with the decorating and thinks of everything a guest may need on their stay. We have four kids and our two boys, 11 and 12 helped to build the deck and do the planting around the cabin.

We just love the location of the property. It's just far enough from town to feel like you've gotten away but close enough that a quick run to the store isn't and inconvenience. This is our 3rd cabin on the property and we are hoping to host family reunions, youth groups and other retreats in the future.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Tongue and groove pine, exposed ceiling beams, tile bathroom and no expenses spared on appliances allows you to dip your toe into the "tiny" craze. Everything needed to dine in or a short drive to any of the lakeside restaurants to enjoy meals with a view.
Don't forget to check the calendars for events in the many nearby towns, there is always something going on!
If you are the outdoors type just pick your adventure. So much to choose from!
