The open concept home had a huge kitchen island and all the cookware and dishes needed for a delicious home-cooked meal. A large backyard is complimented with a covered patio area with small outdoor dining.

Located just 20 minutes from Charleston and 30 minutes from Huntington, this home is perfect for anyone needing a large space or even just passing through.

Great Place

6 of us stayed with our dog and had family come over for dinner. The house was perfect. Location was so easy with plenty of parking! Hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely book again in the future. It was a perfect experience. We don’t have a single complaint. It was spacious, clean, smelled great, central air and heat. Comfortable beds. You couldn’t ask for a better property! And the water pressure was phenomenal! No issues with showers!

Sibling trip

This house was perfect for our siblings to stay in while they were in town for a family reunion. The ones who lived locally came by and we all cooked and ate and enjoyed our time together. The kitchen was large enough for 3-4 of us to be in there at the same time. We will definitely stay ago!!

Wonderful Host!

The house was perfect for our group. Great location near restaurants. House was clean and so cute. The hosts were so inviting and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Charleston Location

The property is close to Charleston yet away from the congestion. The owner is wonderful to work with and responds quickly. We had a great visit with family.

Great House for events

The house was amazing. There’s adequate parking (7+ cars.) The house is spacious clean and comfortable. There's a small porch and table out back perfect for smoking. The host was kind enough to leave us a kit for a New Year’s party. I would definitely recommend for anyone passing through town or looking for a gathering place.

Teays Valley Family Reunion

Property was perfect. Fenced in yard was good for dog and kids. Host left chalk to write on the concrete patio. Floors were clean and uncarpeted which we appreciated, especially since we had toddlers. Only reason I couldn't give cleanliness 5 stars was because couches smelled. Will definitely return for next family reunion.

A perfect fit

We stayed at the property while renovations were being done at our house. It was the perfect location and we appreciated the property manager always reaching out. We were able to take our dog and the fenced in yard made it easy. Would highly recommend!!!

Hoping to stay here again in the future!

Location was great. Close by friends and family we visited and loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. We were disappointed with the cleanliness as it appeared the bedding was not stripped and washed from the previous guests. We took care of the housekeeping ourselves but hoping to stay here again as we did enjoy our stay overall

Lots of room for everybody

We had 6 adults and an infant and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house is very clean and modern but most importantly it's so comfortable. Thanks for s great visit to West Virginia!

Second time around!

This was our second time staying! Once again, the place was very clean, smelled wonderful and we had wonderful communication from the property manager. If you're looking to stay in the area, the location can't be beat.

Wonderful and accommodating

My family and I stayed here for over a month while waiting to move into our new home. The property manager was more than accommodating—not just with needs related to the house, but really knowing the ins and outs of the area and making recommendations. The house is conveniently located within 5 minutes of anything you might need. The backyard was fenced for our two dogs and the house was nice, clean and bright. Can't recommend enough!
