Fogarty St Albans - Entire home waiting for you. Quiet and Peaceful.

This home was newly renovated in 2024. It is very warm, inviting and makes you feel at home. You walk into a large spacious living room with a 52 inch tv. Roku is supplied for all your streaming shows. A independent work space/desk area located of the living room is available. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials needed to cook and enjoy a home cooked meal. The bedroom has a Queen bed and two dressers for your things. There is a large walk-in closet 15' long to store clothes as well (clothes hangers are supplied). This is a pet friendly home with a fenced back yard but we do ask our tenants to purchase a $59 insurance policy (instead of a pet fee) for any damages that may happen. We ask our guests to please be honest and let us know what type of animal you are bringing with you, so we are aware and prepared for your arrival. Charleston the Capitol of WV and Yeager Airport is only 15-20 minutes away. All three CAMC hospitals as well Thomas Hospital and St. Francis Hospital can be reached within 15-20 minutes. John Amos Power Plant, Mardi Gras Casino and Resort Shawnee Sport Complex and is 15 minutes. Free off street parking is available in front of the home. (*Washer and Dryer will be supplied in the home by September 2024.)

Second time staying in this place. Great location, quiet, clean, and a nice fenced yard for Fido so that helps a lot. We will definitely be returning soon.

Nice little house, I needed a place I could stay with my two dogs so I could help family and this definitely was a convenient location. The property was clean and well maintained, I would definitely stay again.

Exactly what we needed for a place to stay while visiting with our family. The house is very clean and convenient. I will use it again when we are in town.

Great spot in St. ALBANS

Cute house , redone well. I have stayed here several times. Love the new washer,/dryer.

Super clean and adorable. Vadenna was so helpful when we had problems with the internet. Great yard for a pet, super comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, convenient location, huge closet, bright and sunny kitchen, and did I mention clean?Thanks for being a great host, Vadenna! We will be back!

Host was excellent. She allowed us to check in early. House is small but perfect for a couple. In a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again next trip.

The house was very clean. It was a good location. Easy to get to. A comfortable bed. I really liked how uncluttered the house was.The one thing that should probably be looked at is the floor. It needs cleaning. My house slippers were black on the bottom at the end of our 3 night stay. The floor also felt kind of damp. Other than that it was a pleasant and easy stay.

Perfect!

This home was just perfect for me and my husband. It’s in a great location, the neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors very nice and polite. Vadenna was spot on with tourist information and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice spot

I stayed here while working at CAMC Teays. It’s about 11 miles and 20 minutes to the hospital so it was perfect. Close to grocery store and nice little neighborhood for walks.

It was great to go home, and what a convenient place to stay close to everyone and everything. the property was very clean and inviting. The host was easy to get ahold of and so very accommodating… I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.
