This gorgeous east downtown (EaDo) luxury townhome is located in the epicenter of downtown activity and is just blocks from Discovery Green, Minute Maid Park, The Toyota Center, BBVA Stadium, 8th Wonder Brewery, the GRB Convention Center and the thriving EaDo bar and restaurant scene. Boasting a rooftop deck with a bar, hot tub, fire pit and grill, our glam hideaway will show you the true meaning of our flying pig theme - that anything is possible if you can dream it up. The city is yours!
Our home is filled with modern styling, amenities and features. When you're not out and enjoying the neighborhood, you'll be entertained by one of the 7 televisions in the home, including three in the living room and an outdoor rooftop TV (currently being installed, ready soon). Each room has a unique style with features that will make you want to pull out that phone and take photos. When you need a moment of peace, kick back in our 4th floor Zen Den that's hidden behind a bookshelf. From top to bottom, we built our home to impress and provide our guests with a great experience during your stay.
Parking is available in our attached 2 car garage behind the home, which is accessible through the private entry gate into our community. Additional parking is available on the street on a first come, first served basis. See "Getting Around" in the "Where You'll Be" section for more information on getting around the neighborhood.

Hi, I'm Manny, owner / operator of Hideaway Houston! I moved to East Downtown in 2008 truly love sharing this amazing city with my friends and guests every day.
I learned everything I know from the ground up, through trial and (hopefully not too often) error. I started hosting on Airbnb in 2017 for fun while the Houston Super Bowl occurred and instantly enjoyed it. My background in sales, customer service, and residential real estate has been the perfect training for managing vacation rentals.
In 2019, I made this a full-time business and created Hideaway Houston. We represent a luxury fleet of custom vacation homes in the Houston area. I'm very passionate about providing exceptional experiences for guests and at the same time easy, hands-off management for my homeowners. I started out managing my personal homes and now manage 25+ properties in the Houston Inner Loop.
I believe strongly it's better to do too much rather than too little and there's always room for improvement. Along the way I've learned everything there is to know about listing on Airbnb and VRBO and I'm confident you won't find better service or value with anyone else. My top priority is maximizing profits for the long-term, which is done through consistent maintenance of the property, creating good relationships with your neighbors, and ensuring our guests become repeat customers.
I manage a small team so that I can always keep a close eye on all my properties and I truly care about taking care of them like they're my own.
