Hartwell Cabins and RVs is located in the serenity of the woodlands!

We do not use keys. Each door is equipped with an electronic lock. The week of arrival you'll receive a check in email with a code specific to your stay.
We do have cameras at the park. They're attached to the laundry facility and face the gravel driveway throughout the park. We do not have cameras inside or on the cabins you rent.

WHAT WE SUPPLY:
Linens, 4 towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dish cloths, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet tissue and 2 trash bags are provided in each property. If your unit has a pull out and you’ll need linens, please be sure to let us know prior to your stay. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The startup set will not be replenished; we suggest you bring extra items for longer stays. White Oak Property Management accounts for all linens and towels provided in each unit. Any missing, damaged or stained beyond repair items will result in additional charges to the Guest.

OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES:
We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin around so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3pm. Please understand they are not hotel rooms and, therefore, from time to time, appliances, internet, TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that arise as they would in any property due to the life expectancy of any and all such appliances etc, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. We are not responsible for weather conditions.

Our location is super convenient whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure. We are located off Parkdale Drive, just minutes outside of town and only a few miles from Lake Hartwell, Savannah River, parks, boat ramps, marinas, The Hartwell Dam, local eateries, grocery stores and so much more!

Cabin #9 is a one-bedroom single level unit. It features a king-size bed in the bedroom, a well equipped kitchenette which includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and toaster. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The loveseat in the living area pulls out into a twin size bed. We have smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom allowing you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.
There is plenty of room to park your trailer and vehicle right next to your cabin, and there's an exterior plug to make charging batteries on the boat easier!
