All smart TVs, comfortable patio set to enjoy a nice beverage after a fun day at the beach or the golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. For our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hill and Palmetto.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and truly enjoy it! The host provides restaurant recommendations, which I’ve taken advantage of. I was never disappointed.

This property was in a prime location and in such a nice complex. The balcony overlooking the pool was great! The host was very responsive and friendly. A perfect stay!

Perfect family vacation.

The condo and surrounding property is beautiful. We enjoyed the balcony that overlooks the pool and also enjoyed the pool. Perfect location. Short drive to tons of attractions and restaurants.

Location is great! The complex and grounds itself are well kept. The unit not so much. The furnace vent in the living room was covered in dust that looked like it had never been cleaned. The primary bedroom crown molding was full of webs and black dust. Second bedroom smoke detector had no batteries in it and the cover was missing. All the wires were left exposed. Second bathroom showers doors were very disgusting with black mold. Lamps were full of dust. Kitchen utensils had 3 teaspoons only to use. Which meant washing them all the time. No dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen was provided. Had to keep using paper towels. There was an old small bottle that was used for dish soap that was so old the lid was yellow. Bathrooms had a small bar of soap to use. Like the ones you get in hotel rooms. Beds were not comfortable, so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. Outside patio ceiling and light were full of bugs and webs. There is a ring doorbell at the front door. Not sure why it was needed. It's not like it's your own home that you live in. It felt like an invasion of our privacy. The complex had its own security that was constantly walking or driving around. For the amount you pay there should have been much more attention to detail. I had to ask Eddie the host two times when he would be sending me the check in details. I had booked this unit 2 months prior and was sent check in details 8 hour prior which I found very inconsiderate. I would not recommend this unit!

Great location for the beach & golf!!

The unit was exactly as depicted in the photo's. Very clean!You can't beat the location, less than 2 miles from the beach and on 2 golf courses!!We'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was spotless and close to the places I wanted to go to. I brought my dog and there were dog bowls waiting. Sheets were provided for putting on the furniture, so you could cuddle your dog. I loved that I wasn’t required to cage my dog. The owner also left a list of recommended places to eat. I made good use of it. I must say his recommendations are very good. I want to stay here any time I visit.
