This was our second time stay at the salty salmon. Lots of space and a prime location. The unit is fully loaded with ample supplies. Carol is a great host who is easy to communicate with!

Host was amazing on communication! House fit all 7 of perfectly, very clean , and not a far walk to the beautiful beach. Made amazing memories! :)

Great vacation rental for families

We really enjoyed our stay in Manistee! The condo was set up perfectly for two families. Very clean and close to the pools.

Perfect Family Weekend

We had a lovely stay at the Salty Salmon over the long holiday weekend. The location, space, and amenities were just right for 4 adults, a toddler and an infant.Carol has thought of everything and she’s easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

The condo and the property were amazing. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and more! Carl and Brad were very quick to respond if we had questions and made sure we didn't need anything.

Beautiful property in a great location

My wife and I had a lovely time here with two of our adult children. The Salty Salmon has comfy bedrooms, three tiers of porches for morning coffee or evening drinks, and a well-appointed kitchen. It’s an easy walk to the beach and you can stroll into Manistee as well for the restaurants and shops in the town.

Golf weekend

Place was great. Accommodated all 4 of us really well. Nice location. Walking distance to the beach at Lake Michigan. Comfortable beds. Great place just to hangout

Fun in the sun !

This was an ideal condo for multifamily vacation. Perfect location for all ages. The condo is spotless and spacious. Great communication with owner. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation

The condo was perfect. Very clean and close proximity to the pool which the kids loved. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for us all. We hope to visit again soon. Carol was easy to contact and a great host. The sign and welcome package was a nice touch.

Excellent condo!!

We very much enjoyed this condo. Very personable touch all around. Carol was great at communication and all of our needs were covered. We loved the king sized beds and sound machines. We would definitely choose this place again in the future.

Lovely Condo

The condo was lovely, spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, beds were comfortable, very spacious. Had a wonderful stay!!! Carol left a nice surprise for my son’s birthday, a very nice thing to do. We appreciated her kindness and all her help.

Great Condo!

We were here for a long weekend with friends. We have stayed at Harbor Village in the past, but not this particular condo. It was lovely and had everything you could need! The location is perfect and Carol was an extremely thoughtful host, with a welcome sign and snacks when we arrived. I would highly recommend!

Salty Salmon July vacation

The condo was well equipped with all that we needed for our stay from dishes to linens to beach equipment. It was also very clean. A small suggestion is to have a few more kitchen linens available. Thanks!!

Salty Salmon: a Reel Catch!

This condo was one of the nicest we have stayed at. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Communication with owner wonderful. Lake Michigan beach is an easy walk and the owners provide lots of beach toys for the grandkids.

Fantastic fall break

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for 2 families, coffee!, soft comfy blankets, books for mama and the littles. We chose here in part because of the playground and pool but spent most time exploring the area and never made it to the pool. I’ve stayed at places with more character but this one was very functional for the group we had. Wi-Fi just ok, I might have had issues w bandwidth during busier hours or multiple people streaming but was fine.

Perfect stay for a much-needed getaway

Everything about this property was great for our family escape from everyday life. Carol was so thoughtful to leave a nice note and a couple of goodies for our arrival. Since this unit is part of a condo association, there seemed to be lawn/property maintenance happening on the grounds each day, which was noisy at times, but it was bearable. Manistee has called us back a few times now - we enjoy the unpretentious vibe of this beach town and this condo provided a great landing spot for our family.

Beautiful property!

We arrived to a well-appointed, comfortable and clean condo. Plenty of space for the six of us to gather and relax. We were attending a large family gathering during our stay and coming back to the condo to rest and relax was just what we needed. Carol is very easy to work with and she did a good job of keeping us informed and giving us information about the property and the surrounding area. Our party of 6 gave it 12 thumbs up and would recommend it to others!

No regrets

Our family had a wonderful week Im Manistee. The hosts were kind and were quick to respond with any questions we had. The condo was over and above our expectations. Every detail was thought of, to having beach towels, shampoo, anything you would need in a kitchen, beach chairs Ect. This was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. Thank you Carol!!
