A great stay in the great north

We had a great trip the place was even nicer than expected. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed and more in terms of “extras” (tp, tea, coffee, honey, etc.). Great place.

Great time

Loved our visit. Everything was great except the yard was a little overgrown and needed care. The home was clean and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms was provided. There was an incident across the street our first morning. Neighbor called police. Three police cars came within 5 min. Seemed to be resolved after about half an hour. Rest of stay was uneventful. I would definitely stay again. So close to town and beaches. ♥️

Great house in Manistee

This house was very clean and updates were very well done. Owner communicated well. It was great to be able to walk downtown. Highly recommend!

I could LIVE in this house!

Very comfortable and homey. Nicely decorated and conveniently located. They allow pets, so we were concerned it would smell like dog, but it did not at all! Beds were pretty comfortable, and kitchen was fully stocked. We all just loved it! Some confusion about the check-in process because it stated we were to provide a 4-digit pin but not how or when we should provide it, so I would clarify that if I were the host. I had to call the host just hours before we were going to arrive to get that information. Also, would have liked to know beforehand that parking was only available on the street (the driver was a bit finicky about her vehicle). Lastly, the backyard was quite small (no issue), but overgrown. A good weed whack and/or mow would have been nice so we could sit in our chairs on the grass. Hopefully, the host sees this all as constructive criticism only and room for improvement. Overall, we had everything we needed but tissues and bathroom spray! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice Property

Enjoyed our stay, house was clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood about 5 blocks from the main business district. Wasn't an issue for us but just so others are aware, all three bedrooms are on the second floor. Would not hesitate to book again if in the area.

Home away from home

Truly relaxing home away from home with everything you need including lawn chairs and umbrella for the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the porch with morning coffee and in evenings after exploring Manistee. The host communicated well covering everything we needed to know for our stay. Bonus - ice cream only 1 block away :)

Great Place

Very clean and cozy home! Close to downtown and surprisingly very quiet. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Sibling getaway

Wonderful house in a great location! Near downtown Manistee by all of the shops and fantastic restaurants. Very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very attentive and informative. Highly recommended!

Nice place, good location.

It was a nice house, very clean with comfortable beds, convenient location to town. It was just a long weekend trip with our dog, but worth the stay. We would stay at this house again when traveling to the Manistee area.

Nice place

Nice refinished older home. Staircase is awkward for arthritic seniors. Disappointed that all bedrooms were upstairs. Was not clearly stated in listing. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

Quick Trip

The house was a bit older than the photos show but was kept up well. Nice neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest is that the back yard needs to be manicured a bit more for how small it is. Weeds and holes around the fence were unexpected for our small dog. Other than that it is a 4.5 star home. Don't hesitate to book. Rick

Peaceful stay in Manistee

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manistee. The house was very accommodating with a well stocked kitchen and a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Manistee. The weather wasn’t too hot for July but we were glad to have the window air conditioners so our seasonal allergies weren’t affected.

Lovely stay in Manistee

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Clean and put together. Great amenities - washer/dryer, grill outside, well-appointed kitchen. Good communication with owner. Short walk to downtown and Dairy Queen! Had lots of fun at the beach. Thank you!!

Nice place for a girl's getaway

Home just as described. Ample room for 3 ladies with a roomy kitchen and 2 baths. We sure enjoyed the showers including shower soap and shampoo, kitchen sink and cleaning supplies, porch chairs, roomy dining room, fireplace, keyless door entry, functional kitchen and coffee bar! Location great for several beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Birthday/golf getaway

Wonderful for our group of six adults. Lovely, cozy, well-appointed, in cute neighborhood. We enjoyed the kitchen, dining room, front porch. Great beds and bathrooms. All great!
