This 2BR/2BA beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, is your perfect beach vacation destination. Fully remodeled with a shared pool full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, private balcony and many more amenities. Walk to restaurants, shops, and more local attractions. Drive minutes for golf, Tanger Outlets shopping, and nature walks. Note: Construction will be being conducted at the complex beginning Feb 10, 2025 and may continue through Memorial Day (est and weather permitting). Work will begin at 9:00 am may be noisy at times and will include grinding and hammering. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Long needed and awaited beach vacation

This is absolutely one of the most fabulous condos we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived it was exactly as portrayed. Everything anyone would need was here. All utensils, bedding, towels, washer and dryer. It is located on the first floor with beautiful views of the gulf. We watched dolphins playing from the balcony. Its very convenient to restaurants and shopping, plus tons of entertainment. My 16 month old grandson ran from one end to the other when he wasn't corraled in his pack and play. Just for future references, we had friends staying at the Phoenix and our condo was bigger, decorated so much more beautiful and was more than a third less per night. On top of that, their elevator didn't work well and they had to climb 26 flights. I can't say enough about this beautiful condo and we hope to return again. We love it so much we added three more nights to our trip.

Family Trip

First time renting through VRBO and was a little nervous but very pleased with the entire process. Any questions I had the host was quick to reply which was appreciated. The pictures were accurate on how the unit looked. Very clean and well stocked on everything needed. Will definitely rent again.

Good place

The outside of the building is pretty dated and dirty, but the inside was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Some things I didn’t like, though: too much light in the windows at night, the room is next to the loud pool users, TV confusing, expensive, door lock pad was hard to locate at first, almost no towels and washcloths, no dish soap or tabs, no trash bags, few paper towels and tp. All this stuff is minor, and overall it was a nice stay.

Spring break 24

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean. We loved our view of the pool and gulf. We wished the water had been blue/clearer.

Clean convenient beach view condo

This condo was perfect for our little family. The pictures are accurate and everything was as expected. We were able to walk to the Shrimp Festival and was a short drive from anything else we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable.

Just Walked Away

Booked this online and pics look great! The elevator struggled and creaked..little unnerving. Decided to take the stairs. First impression of the stairwell was it smelled of urine , it was dark and there was gum stuck all over the steps. Front door was really dirty, I swear there were boogers on it..or something of a like substance. This made me apprehensive as to the interior. Sat my suitcase on sofa and the bottom fell out - Apparently it is busted. Be that as it may, it was clean enough on the interior and very cute. The patio, which is really a (crows nest) was directly on the area where everyone at the pool lays and sits. You cannot open the curtains without seeing a crowd of people literally 10 feet away and lots and lots of kids. So again, if you have kids this is the place for you! I could hear every splash in the pool and every conversation with the DOORS CLOSED. You can hear EVERYTHING! If you are ok with this and being on public display, then this is the place for you. There is nothing serene about this place. Very noisy and crowded and grounds overall are not well maintained. Just an overall dirty feel. We opened the patio doors and we were there all of 10 minutes and contacted the manager to let her know we were leaving. Although they were under no obligation I really thought the owner would at least refund the exorbitant cleaning fee but said nope, they had to sterilize the doorknobs????? Lesson learned and will not ever rent via VBRO again,

Excellent

I travelled with my son, DIL, and 5-year-old grandaughter to this location for a week's stay. Everything we needed was here for a comfortable stay. It was plenty spacious and well stocked for cooking meals in the condo. Proximity to the beach was priceless as we all know carrying all the stuff for a day on the sand is difficult. Having the pool so close was great too. The condo was clean and starter commodities were provided. I had a couple of questions and communication with the host was quick and precise. The location was easy access and very close to lots of restaurants and conveniences. Could walk to many things or a short drive to everything. Would recommend to my friends and would stay again if I'm in Gulf Shores.

Very comfortable and clean

I’m so thankful we chose this condo. It was so clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 6 people. The air conditioner was cold on these hot July nights and the room was quiet late at night. I probably looked at 100 condos before choosing this one and finally settled on it because it had so many great reviews.

Great Unit, Great Location

The unit was wonderful and the pictures do it justice. View from the balcony was great, and we spent a lot of time there just enjoying the gulf view. Very short walk to the beach and was very close to the restaurants and shops on the main street, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again in the future.

Very Nice Condo!

Great condo, very well equipped, and has everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the living quarters. Condo is very clean and very well located to access the pool or the beach. The pool is extra large and has a nice 8-foot deep end. Very pleased with the before-we-arrived presentation as it matched exactly what we found when we arrived!!

Wonderful vacation

My family had a very relaxing and wonderful experience. The condo was very nice and was in a great location. Walking distance to a ton of places. No one wanted to go home. We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect Location

The property was clean and exactly as pictured. Very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The owner even had laundry detergent in the unit! The biggest plus was that we walked downstairs and were literally on the beach. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect Stay

The condo was beautiful and matched the description and photos. I'd have to say it was probably the CLEANEST place I've ever stayed. Very impressive!!! The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking and storing food and the bathrooms provided great quality towels and wash clothes. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Girls Getaway

Our Condo was very inviting as the decor represented the “BEACH VIBE” and it was just the right size for 4…extremely clean and our view overlooking the pool and ocean was relaxing and calming as we drank our cocktails in the evening or our coffee in the morning….we loved our stay….would recommend this unit too as it was within walking distance of restaurants, markets, ice cream and shops of all sorts.

Spring Break '23

Unit 1C was great. Clean. Comfy beds. LARGE TVs in every room. Stocked with everything we would need in a home away from home, other than groceries. We were very happy with the unit. The building it is in isn't anything fancy, but I didn't pay much attention to it as I was aware I wasn't renting in a large fancy resort. So no complaints from us. We prefer the smaller places with less units anyways. The pool was clean so my youngest was happy. Though it was still very cold, but kids don't care. Our host Kim was very kind and easy to work with. Always quick with responses to any questions I had prior to check in or at check in. The location is great as we brought my son and his friend (who are seniors in highschool) and they were able to walk to everything they wanted to do. Or a very quick drive to anything else. The beach was nice and clean. Overall wonderful week! Would stay here again!

Beachy & clean condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is totally updated and the decor is really cute, very colorful and beachy with lots of thoughtful details. The condo had nice quality linens, comfy beds, and an updated kitchen with updated appliances and good quality kitchen gear. Location is in walking distance to restaurants and shops and of course the beautiful BEACH is just steps from the condo. Common areas of the property are a little worse for wear but we didn't mind since we spent our time on the balcony and the beach. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one is top notch!
