This lovely 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is in easy walking distance to restaurants, the state pier, The Hangout, and other attractions. It offers incredible views of the beach and has a private balcony for relaxing and chilling out.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs. The 2nd bedroom is super large and perfect for kids. There is a full-size washer & dryer in the unit and free Wireless fiber optic internet is provided along with Dish on smart TVs in every room.. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with easy access to the elevator or stairs.

Other amenities include a Smart TV, swimming pool, outdoor shower, nice shaded porch area with lounge chairs and swings, BBQ grilling area, and just a few short steps to the beautiful white sand and the Gulf Of Mexico. Walking distance of Al State Park, biking, fishing etc.

Good Location

Condo was spacious and facing ocean. I like watching the dolphins from the patio so this was great! Condo provides some extras such as beach chairs. I only use the toaster and coffee pot but there were many kitchen items provided.

Great Frist Trip to Gulf Shores

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, and we loved it! The condo was perfect for four adults. The location was great, we could have walked to several restaurants and shops. Our access to the beach couldn't have been easier. We are already thinking about booking another trip and stay at this condo!

Condo was ready upon arrival. Clean over all. Called the owner because the parking tag was not there and they rushed one for me. Over all great!!!

Cute Condo- Great View

It was a great place to stay- had plenty of amenities and the view was amazing- not to mention how cute the condo was ! There was a communication hiccup regarding parking. We stayed for hangout fest (walking distance- which was a plus!) but Myra and her husband were ultimately able to accommodate us. Check in with them regarding the parking beforehand.

Beautiful condo!!

When you have a family of 5, finding vacation accommodations can be a challenge. But this condo is exactly what we needed! The 2nd bedroom had a bunk with a lower full sized bed AND an additional queen sized bed- perfect for our “kids” (16, 18, and 20). BEAUTIFUL view of the beach and the gulf. It was a way to check in, and when we had an issue with no parking pass, I was able to contact the owners and it was remedied within a day. We loved our stay heee and would definitely rebook!!!

Beautiful view

A beautiful place to stay! Beachfront and pool! There was damage to some spots in our condo but minor cosmetic stuff. Easy to get to the beach and enjoy our vacation!

Vacation with the Grandkids

Proximity to the beach was excellent also very convenient to places to eat it wasn’t a problem but the living area was a little small but we had a very nice time. Myra did a good job getting us what we needed.

Clean and Convenient

The condo unit was clean and is in a great location. Myra did her best to make sure that we were happy and even came by the unit to insure that we had no problems.. I would rent from her again.

Great weekend getaway!

Perfect location-within walking distance to restaurants and market, and just steps from the water! Super easy check in and out. We loved it!

Great stay at the beach!

The condo was super clean - spotless, nice bed linens and towels, perfect location (we could easily walk to restaurants if it hadn't been 100 degrees), nice beach with umbrella/chair vendors right outside condo, everything just as described. However, there was one small issue that will cause me to not go back to this unit. The thermostat could not be set below 70 degrees. With the master bedroom having two outside walls, it was even warmer than the 70 degrees. I am from Texas, I like it cold! I had my own fan and there was a ceiling fan in the master bedroom so it made it a little better but I was still hot at night. Other than that, the condo was perfect. I still gave it 5 stars!

2021 Vacation

Beach was awesome, access to beach was great. Condo we stayed in was small, balcony small also. We had 6 adults and a toddler, too small for the amount of people we had. The cleaning person (Phyllis) was awesome and such a great help. We really appreciated her !!!

Overall Great Stay and Excellent Host

We enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were truly a blessing. The unit was clean, inviting, and in a perfect location for an on-the-beach getaway. We only had two issues, but the first was resolved immediately by the host. (1) During the check-in, we were given the wrong room number and the code to get in (fortunately no one was home). This was resolved with a quick phone call to the host (Thank you, Myra!). (2) The king bed in the master bedroom was extremely firm (almost like sleeping on a board). We didn't mention it to the host, so perhaps they had a solution that I'm not aware of, but if not, my recommendation to the host would be to either provide a mattress topper or buy a new mattress. Other than that, our stay was great and we would highly recommend staying at this property.

Myra and I live full time in Gulf Shores. . We have enjoyed getting to know our guests who stay at Island Sunrise and many of them become good friends and are like family. We are both in the Real Estate business and try to stay on top of market trends in the area. A couple of our favorite past times are walking on the beach, boating, and enjoying the great restaurants in the area.

The location of Island Sunrise is as good as it gets. 1/2 mile from the Hangout area, and 1/2 mile from the State Pier and State Park. Excellent walking and bikes trails through the state park. Excellent bike paths in the park with free bikes. The State Park is such a awesome place.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are only 60 units in Island Sunrise so it's not a jam packed property that would seem overwhelming. . We live within 10 minutes of the Condo and willing to help you enjoy your vacation. If you need anything just give me a call. I can recommend activities and places to eat etc.
