Amazing stay

The house was very cute and comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very close to beaches. Can't wait to go back!

The Beach Getaway

The bungalow was beautifully decorated with tons of special touches. The neighborhood was safe and centrally located. Main Street had cute shops, restaurants, parks, and sightseeing which was in very close walking distance (we walked to breakfast and dinner). The bikes were great for riding along the river. Super CLEAN and had everything we needed. Mike and Sarah were amazing hosts. We will stay here again. Loved the shop called MADE with handmade items by local artists for sale. A small organic grocery market and yummy food and vibes at The Social (the redfish with shrimp was out of this world). My only two regrets…. Not staying longer and the outdoor movie in the park not open till end of June. If you stay here after the last week in June of 2024 hit up movies in the park at Sims Park. Loved our time here.

All Good Vibes and Experience

I can easily say that the cottage is cute, the access process was so easy, communication with the host amazing and there were lots of considerate touches, such as a few water bottles, some condiments, toiletries and ice. Yes, ice, some places I've stayed recently didn't have ice or ice trays, so I've learned to appreciate that :) I definitely want to compliment the hosts and when it comes to reviews, I know people use these to make informed choices so, I like to point out the 3 areas I think are important to most: 1. Bed - pretty comfortable, not the best, not the worst 2. Shower - water pressure is good and gets hot 3. Location - there's a cute little downtown area one block over with lots of great restaurants, ice cream, pubs, shops, etc. There's a great walking area with a canal and super cute houses a block or two over. It's about 30-40 minutes to Honeymoon Island and about 15-20 minutes from Tarpon Springs sponge docks that offer shelling, dolphin sighting and sunset cruises. The one and only recommendation and this is not to deter anyone, but just to prepare, there's a window ac in the bedroom that cools down the room great, but if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. It's not bad, just could be louder than what you're used to. It's really a cute cottage, they've done a great job creating a good vibes feel and were amazing to work with.

Quaint beach cottage

New Port Richey Cottage

This was our second stay in this adorable cottage. Very clean, with all the comforts of home. Never lacking in what we may have needed. It’s situated in a perfect area for walkers, yet not too far from cute eateries, breweries, and unique shopping. Thank you!

Wowza,what a gem!

This property was spotless. It was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the mattress was comfortable. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Although we did not get the chance to ride the bikes, everything we could ever need was available. We will surely share our experience and book again!

Mother and daughter weekend.

This host has truly thought of everything! From the note on the fridge to the care products in the bathroom, it’s all prepped. Plus, the location of the place is conveniently near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Next visit to NPR will defiantly include a stay at this sweet little cottage.

Home away from home

I was first impressed by the amazing communication from Mike before check in. We felt so welcomed. Then upon arriving, check in was a breeze and the house exceeded expectations. It was even better in person than in pictures. The location is adorable, the lot it sits on has cute landscaping perfect for hanging out to grill or just enjoy the front porch. And being within walking distance to downtown and Sims park was a huge plus for us. Inside there is everything you could need to feel comfortable away from home. From someone who normally stays at VRBOs this place is truly a step above the rest!

Cute, super clean cottage!

We loved this little cottage. So cute and super clean! It had everything you need! We were just in town for the weekend for a wedding, but wish were could stay longer. The location was perfect and close to everything downtown. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, the river and parks! We loved staying here and will definitely book again whenever we are up that way. The hosts were accommodating and super nice! 100% recommend this place!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quaint little cottage that fulfilled all of our needs and then some. Owners were very friendly with excellent communication. The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to many delicious places to eat, shopping, & Sims Park. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Florida Birthday

This was an amazing VRBO home located walking distance to downtown New Port Richey. The owner was great, made us feel comfortable and available for any questions. I highly recommend if you need a getaway in this location.

Splendid NPR house

Accommodations pleasing and attractive decor. Amenities purposeful by host. Good location in NPR for safe walking/biking to restaurants, parks, theatre. MUST drive to get to beach areas and nature preserves. Heavy traffic on 19, we were able to locate stores/ restaurants on east side of NPR to avoid 19. Host was good communicator.
