Great place. Was in town for work but it is centrally located and just what I needed. Super clean and the view out the back was great . Wish I had brought a boat! Communication was excellent

What a lovely cottage, so comfortable and homey! Super clean. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We even had some bird visitors, baby ibis & cranes. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good experience. We are currently still here. I requested a extra day and host full filled. We are leaving tomorrow morning instead of today.When we arrived we was greeted with a clean house and instructions. Host even had a basket of snacks and goodies Beautiful view of the canal . Beautiful sunset. Plenty of shopping near by. Plenty of clean benches. Overall nice atmosphere. I suggest visiting the caladesi beach and honeymoon beach. If you like shelling. We went yesterday and found plenty of nice shells. We are going again this morning. Overall great experience and excellent. Will definitely be returning.

Very clean with the exception of some mold around the ac vent in the bathroom. Many amenities for recreation. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Enjoyable property

This property is exceptional; clean quiet and well stocked. We enjoyed dolphins and herons up close every evening. We will definitely be coming back.

Relaxation to the max

This was a great property for our visit. We came in for a family graduation and it was close to every place we needed to be and wanted to go. The house had everything we needed and was so well stocked with the basics for being home for the week that we felt very much at home! Loved it, will book it again!

A house with a view!

House was cozy and to wake up to a peaceful and beautiful scene every morning was special. Saw a manatee and 2 porpoise the 1st day there.

Beautiful Home and Friendly Owner

From booking to check out Maria was amazing. Her home was beautiful and in excellent condition. We used the boat dock for my pontoon and had the ease of the Gulf just down the channel. We loved the time we got to spend with family and friends. Thank you Maria

We were in the area looking to buy a home. This was our first time doing VRBO. This was a great experience. Very clean and cozy home. Great location on the water. Highly recommended. Maria was very easy to communicate with.

Exactly as Advertised

Perfect size for two people. Nicely furnished and equipped. We had fun using the kayak, and the games included in the house. Thank you, Maria, for making this a wonderful vacation.
