The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a full-size bed (additional pictures will be posted).

Centrally located

It was centrally located to many of the golf courses and restaurants. The place was clean and had high value for our stay.

Lakeshore at Andersen Springs

Very clean and nicely decorated. It was a convenient location near our family and stores and restaurants. The reservation and check-in process was very easy. We plan on returning next year.

Nice location and close to pool.

Tavee was easy to communicate with. Was helpful with any questions I had. Kitchen was well stocked. Quite enjoyed our stay.

Great host and condo

Property was located in a gated community with easy access to a variety of stores, the 202 freeway and sits on a beatiful lake in the middle of the city. Recommend the mexican resturaunt which us walking distance and in Sprouts shopping center. Condo was neat, clean, and well stocked. Tavee replied to akl requests and questions quickly. Will definitely request this spot again if needed.

Chandler Condo

Property mgr knew we would be arriving in the evening, but failed to give us code to get in locked gate. It was 57 once we got INSIDE the condo and thermostat wasn't working. Mgr offered to send someone the next morning. I inquire about hotels close by and never got a reply. We slept in our clothes and coats with blankets. Furnace finally kicked on about 11:30pm, so I text the next morning to say repairman wouldn't be needed. His explanation then was that it sometimes takes a heatpump a while. After that debacle, all was good.

Wonderful stay

We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and how will it was stocked. The location with nearby restaurants, grocery stores and even a coffee shop! all within walking distance.

Great place to stay. Nice place in a convenient location. The condo is very roomy, clean and nicely maintained. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants.

Extended Our Stay

We decided to extend our stay in AZ and were so lucky to have found this place. A very clean, cute and cozy condo. Tavee is super easy to communicate with. The condo is in a nice location. It's within walking distance to restaurants and stores and we always felt very safe walking around this community. The parking spot is very close to condo entrance. It is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The pool in the condo community is great and the people are very nice. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Excellent accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakeshore property within walking distance to restaurants, coffee bar, and grocery. Host was super responsive. Nicely decorated, new appliances. W/D. Clubhouse activities, pool, pickle ball courts. Friendly community.
