Spacious backyard, spectacular deep pool (no fence around pool), covered patio, and grassy area. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities, and the 202 freeway. Please note that the pool is not heated.

Great property, excellent location. The yard and pool are beautiful. Super clean, and the hosts communication was perfect. The pool is not heated (that was expected) but super clean and well maintained, we still used it!

Everything we needed for our stay. We were traveling with our two teenagers and everyone had enough space to spread out. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe. The backyard and pool were perfect (pool was bit chilly but we knew to expect that). We had breakfast every morning with our feet in the pool, admiring the orange trees and soaking in the sunshine - something we can never do at home in WI!

Stayed for a weekend softball tournament. Was a Nice & cozy stay. Quite Neighborhood. Would stay again.

Great property for our weekend get away!!! The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was great for us, it was close to shopping, restaurants and family.

The host was great- easy to reach via email when we had to ask questions before our stay and easy to reach/communuicate with via phone when we first arrived. The house has a lot of space for people to move around both inside and outside. Very safe and clean neighborhood with easy access to lots of stores and experiences in and around Chandler. Nice access to both the Mesa and Phoenix airport.

Very clean, spacious home in a nice neighborhood in a nice suburb of Phoenix. Chandler itself is a wonderful place to stay, This home is gorgeous and in a great location for shops, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms were wonderful, the beds comfortable. The space is well thought out and well stocked with all the amenities needed -- from the laundry, to the kitchen, to bathrooms, and yes... even the pool. There was prompt and friendly communication with the host, easy entry and departure. It may be a "small" thing but I do appreciate that the asks of the host on departure aren't numerous or a burden.The host provides a beautiful, restful, and relaxing home that will make any trip to this area just that much better. I could not recommend more -- there was not a single thing that my partner or I disliked.

Lacks personality and several other things.

Most things were good— the size, the location the yard. But the mattress in the master suite was new but hard as a board. A rug in the bathroom, a table lamp somewhere to read by— some people like to sit and read while on vacation, a few dish towels, salt and pepper, these are a few of the things that seem like necessities in a vacation rental.

Clean and Cozy!

Upon arrival, the home was very clean and super cozy! Home decor is very welcoming. Online photos don’t do this house justice, we thought the place was a lot nicer in person. We didn’t have any issues at the time of booking, check-in/out. Management/owner was very responsive. Our only complaint, the bed in the master bedroom sits really high off the ground. No other complaints.
