Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location on Wrightsville Beach!
Crashing Waves 207 is on the oceanfront end of the building, overlooking the pool, located on the second floor. There is parking for 1 car only.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Having a covered oceanfront balcony was wonderful and gave us the good view of the ocean that we wanted. Off street parking and an elevator were appreciated!

Well located amazing views, clean modern decor. We were visiting UNCW and this was the perfect location! If my son decides to attend, this is where we will stay when we visit.

The process of booking and gaining access was simple and well informed. The unit was super clean. The door to open the unit stuck but the host informed us before we arrived so we got the hang of it after a few tries. The location is right at the entrance of Wrightsville Beach. Close to several restaurants. The only ask would be a table out on the deck to have breakfast. Overall we will definitely be back.

This condo was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent, it was clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean and was absolutely perfect for our Mom / Daughter weekend. The bed that looks like it’s behind the kitchen was actually perfect - no windows, so easy to sleep and perfect for my daughter. Highly recommend - a great value for the cost.

Condo is pretty old, but very clean. Excellent views of ocean AND access to beach. Private parking was great and would be absolutely necessary is the busy season.

Allergy sufferers beware. Between the harsh cleaning chemicals, persistent use of strong fragrances, and mold inside the hvac unit, this place is a nightmare if you have allergies or sensitivities. The view and the proximity to the sand are the only upsides to this condo. Very outdated mildewy bathroom. There are no rugs, not even a welcome mat. This means the floors are constantly gritty and dirty. There’s not a shower when you leave this beach access so you’ll be spending a lot of time cleaning. The property manager was obstinate and unfriendly. I would not recommend this place.

This was a great weekend getaway ! The property was clean and easily accessible to the beach . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The only negative was that there was some hair that showed up on my socks while walking around the unit that obviously didn't belong to either of us ! Aside from that , it was a pleasurable experience !

Absolutely Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo and the stay was absolutely perfect. When we first walked into the elevator lobby area the decor was beautiful, modern, and colorful. Our unit was awesome. It was just as pictured, the bed was comfortable, and all the provided items were more than sufficient. The view from the kitchen/dining/living rooms was incredible. The pool was just the right size and very warm. The beach access couldn't have been any closer and we were walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and public boat docks. Thank you for a great vacation!
