This is a hidden gem! The backyard goes right up to the water with a beautiful view. The porch and inside furniture are all very nice, clean, and well maintained. The AC was very cool, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. This was a great house for my family of four to stay at! 10/10!

Spent a week on the property had a great visit. House was very well appointed and fresh. The outdoor space facing the river was such a relaxing experience. This was a great find for visiting family in the N Houston area . Will definitely try to stay there again our next visit! Can’t stress enough how clean the property was inside and out ! We loved this property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the birds. If we are in the area we will definitely check to see if the property is available!!

We wanted something quiet and peaceful. This was both while 15 minutes from Bush airport. Clean tasteful decorations, convenient to northern Houston. It fit our needs perfectly.

We loved this place! It was a charming cottage in a peaceful neighborhood. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the back porch while watching and listening to all of the different birds. We have been on a road trip since August 2025 and this is definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed.

We loved it! I live several states away and my husband and I came to see my father who has been having health difficulties lately and lives in the area locally. The owner happened to be there finishing some work just as we arrived. He was very friendly and welcoming and left us to it. We very much appreciated the condition of the home. It is apparent that the owners take great pride in it and maintain it as if they would stay there themselves. It was clean, seemingly like-new appliances, interior construction was lovely and nothing felt “cheap”. I stayed in many rentals this summer and can confidently say this was the only one that wowed me. My father is handicapped and I was 6 months pregnant so the layout of the property and amenities were so convenient and comfortable for us both. Both beds were comfortable enough that we could all sleep in for once! A hotel for just my husband and I would have costed roughly as much so it made much more sense to have a space we could all stay in together and have more time together. The house is close enough to the airport and all of the conveniences of the city without being in a hectic spot. It is in a quiet neighborhood without parties or lots of random traffic. The scenery was lovely just sitting outside or watching the lake wildlife. Even though it was only a few days I am grateful for this gem!

Wonderful stay

My wife and I as well as my 91 year old dad loved sitting on the patio watching the river. Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen and everything was new and clean. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in over the years.

Relaxing oasis away from Huston traffic

The home layout is prfect. We loved the attention to detail. There was coffee, yack boards, fishing poles, outdoor seating & dining and very tasteful decor. Ty met our every need.
