We had an amazing stay. We had 6 adults and never felt crowded. There were games and an ample space to relax and enjoy. The beach was just down the road.Restaurants and amenities were close. We went to Solvang and Santa Barbara which were within 90 minutes. There neighbors and Nona were very friendly and kind.Thanks Mark and Joyce!

Staying at Mark's place made for a perfect weekend. The neighborhood is quiet, made of mostly locals and the beach was pretty empty. Our family loved how close the house was to the beach and that everyone had a little space for themselves when needed. Definitely would stay here again. If you are planning on staying between September and April there might be sea lions lounging on the beach.

Property location was great layout of house worked great for us we had 2 teenage girls that occupied the third level they loved it and the adults enjoyed the balcony with view of beach in late afternoon

What a lovely and well appointed home. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, bikes and sports equipment to use, coolers for picnics, everything you need for a beach stay.Looking forward to our next visit.

This place had nothing negative to review. Property was great, neighborhood is our favorite and we had 0 issues here. I am particularly picky when it comes to kitchens and how they are stocked; this kitchen had every single thing I needed and was looking for. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Hello Mark, We arrived at our beach home the day you departed. It was very clean and obviously well taken care of. Yes, we enjoy our kitchen as well. Tonight we will be purchasing locally caught fish for dinner and will be BBQing it. Weather should be perfect for grilling on the rear deck! A little butter, lemon & seasoning ... mmmmmm. Thank You Val & Don for your month's long stay at our home. While you were at our beach home, we were at a VRBO home in Michigan City, Ind. near Lake Michigan for a family reunion. It was a lovely home with one more bedroom and one more bath than our home. Now call me bias, but our house has larger common areas, amenities and much closer to the beach all for $350/night. Wonderful stay in Silver Strand

The property is very close to the beach with amenities for everyone including boogie boards, beach cruisers, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. Everyone in our family enjoyed the stay and we cannot waot to visit again.
