Perfect beach house for a dog-friendly getaway! Just steps from the sand, super modern inside with tons of comfy seating. Our pup loved it and so did we — clean, well-equipped, and in the perfect location. Highly recommend!

Great weekend celebrating our son’s 40th! Weather was lovely and the grandchildren enjoyed the beach. The house was perfect for us and we will be back!

A great beach house! The location is perfect - We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, and how it is walking distance to the corner store and restaurants. My dogs also had fun! They loved their daily walks along the channel, and we were grateful to find a one story home as my old pups struggle with stairs. Communication with the host was flawless and I appreciated the quick responses, and easy check in process. The house itself was super cute! The jetted tub in the main bathroom was heaven after a day at the beach. I highly recommend, and hope to be back!

Our stay was great. We got to enjoy the beach and stores near by. The only thing I'd have to say that was a little annoying was that the shower in the master bedroom came out lukewarm. All the other showers and tub worked great. It might just be the adjustment on that shower. Other than that. It was an overall great time and stay!

Ease of comminication, and they thought of everything. Lots of little extra comforts in the house.

Overall, we were happy with the house and enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, nicely remodeled, and the proximity to the beach was a definite plus.There were a few issues worth noting. The listing advertised a two-car garage, but it is actually a small one-car garage. A large SUV would not fit inside. Parking is also limited, with space for only one vehicle in the driveway, and even then it extends across the driveway. There is no street parking directly in front of the house.The beds had memory foam mattresses that we did not find particularly comfortable, and the sheets were stiff and did not fit the mattresses well. A few kitchen supplies had not been replenished, and the main bathroom was missing a hook, which appeared to have broken off and had not been replaced.These were relatively minor inconveniences and did not significantly detract from our experience. Overall, we found the house to be comfortable, clean, and in a great location, and we would recommend it to others looking for a place near the beach.

Thank you Elaine! We know how important parking is to guests which is why I have a section on the listing that says PARKING. To be clear, it states one car in the garage and car does not mean SUV or Truck. I state that the guest can fit a vehicle - which inludes an SUV or Truck in front of the house if you leave a space for people to walk on the sidewalak. I know when a guest is looking for a place to stay sometime there is confusion and the homes blend into one! But we strive to be accurate and tell guests exactly what type of house they will stay in. We try to keep picture up to date but sometimes couches get ruined, chairs break, or furniture needs to be changed around. This particular house is newly remodeled - less than 2 years - and everything is new. It is one of the last single-story bungalows and on Ocean so very close to the water - one block. Not much here to be mad at! :) 😎

The beach view & acces was out standing. The pet friendly was great. They provided water bowls & toys for our babies. Everything was beautiful. Just one quick note, that it took awhile for the hot water to come on. Thank You so much for a wonderful stay.

Thanki you for staying and we'd be happy to host you again anytime! To future guests, yes, the hot water takes a 'moment' to get from one side of the house to the other. We wish we could do something to make is faster but the water comes in the opposite side of the bathrooms = but it does get there and you have a massive amazing soaking tub and two gorfeous showers so its worth it when the hot water arrives. :)
