You'll have the entire apartment to yourself.
Seabreeze South
This beautiful 500 square foot condo is centrally located close to the beach, shopping areas, and restaurants. This first floor condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom which includes a queen bed and a sleeper sofa to comfortably fit 4 guests.
It also includes two flat screen TVs and plenty of drawer and closet space for your needs. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all necessary cookware and new appliances.
The beach is a brief walk via the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue. Another great thing about Seabreeze is the multitude of amenities it offers, you can spend your day swimming in our pool, which is heated during the colder months, use one of the gas grills, play some shuffleboard or be part of the daily activities in the Seabreeze social room.
Additionally, you’re just a short walk from Joey’s Pizza, NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Thai Sushi by KJ and more.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property manager at least 30 days prior to check-in.
