Waterhouse at Pointe West Residence I offers ample space, modern amenities, upscale furnishings, and views that go for miles. The house has 5 Bedrooms, and 5 Bathrooms and is located in Galveston, Texas in the upscale Pointe West community. Enjoy the private beach reserved only for the Pointe West community, sit on one of the two large balconies and enjoy spectacular views and head down to one of the two large community pools to take a dip.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $2,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authoriation. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.

Absolutely stunning home , so well decorated and just fit the relaxed beach vibe but with style and elegance!! All the rooms and bathrooms were stunning ! The beds were very comfortable,the kitchen was well stocked and having 2 refrigerators was great along with wine cooler. The views were stunning and access to the beach so convent plus with all the beach amenities to use was great! Sitting on the patio decks watching the ocean and sunsets/sunrises was spectacular! Communication with the owners was very good with always a quick response!! The elevator was also very handy in getting luggage to rooms and all the food to kitchen !!

Family Beach Trip

A great way to kick off summer! We stayed at the Waterhouse and it was easy from the start. We needed some more trash bags and toilet paper and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for a family vacation.

We rented this home for our family vacation. This is the second time we have stayed here and it was amazing. The home is beautiful and in a great location. The beds are all so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our family meals. Brad was great and very responsive. Such great customer service. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Getaway

This home was beautiful! We loved our stay. The owners and property manager were kind and welcoming. The beds and linens were high quality and super comfortable; the kitchen was lovely and well stocked; and the back decks overlooked the beach - with lovely views throughout the day. We loved the location right next to the beach walkover. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful home!

We have taken many family trips to Galveston and rented quite a few home. The location and property was perfect. This was one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at and met our expectations. The only issue we encountered was the elevator broke prior to us arriving and unfortunately a part needed to be ordered. But Bradley and the owners were great to work with and made this right for us. We would definitely rent this home again.

Williams Family Gathering part two at the beach!

We came last year and had such a wonderful time that we booked a stay this year and added a night! As one of my adult children said "this time has become one of my favorites." We are thankful for another pile of awesome deposits in our memory banks! There are 7 adults and 7 grandchildren and we will be back!

Best Weekend of 2020!

I've lived in Texas for most of my life and had never been to Galveston, I can't believe what I was missing! The house was amazing, perfect for multiple generations. Everything was comfortable and beautiful. We spent much of our time on the main level deck where the outdoor furniture was well thought out. The beach felt very private, with family groups very spread out. The sand was soft and the water was much clearer than I expected! A wonderful weekend, thank you!!!

Perfect!

Our family spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful, relaxing retreat! I can't say enough good things about our experience staying in this lovely home. The owners' selections throughout created such a warm, cozy, friendly environment that was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. I was able to cook a huge Thanksgiving meal easily in the well-equipped kitchen. The beach weather was perfect too. Everyone agreed that the house and our time spent there was perfect in every way. We left with great memories and a desire to return in the future to this special home.

Family Getaway

Our family of 13 loved staying at this beautiful home right on the beach. We gathered to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and to honor our daughter who passed away last year. With grandkids ranging in age from 16 to 2 there was plenty of room where they could play, watch TV or take the short walk to the beach. The four porches gave amazing views where you could watch the gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Having the elevator was extremely helpful as our son had just had surgery on his foot and for us older folks for whom stairs can be a challenge. We all loved being together in the large kitchen and dining area. This home is absolutely worth coming to, we plan on returning in the future.

Excellent Property Beachfront

this beautiful property was perfect for our group of 11 people - 7 adults and 4 children, ages 2-5. The sleeping and daytime activity space was perfect with two living areas - one up and one downstairs. The sleeping arrangements with the double sized bunks worked great for us. A bathroom for every bedroom was important! I love the open living/kitchen/dining of the main floor. The kids loved the additional play area of the back deck. the location right next to the dune/beach walkover made the transporting of our tent, etc much more convenient! We will definitely look this property up on our next family trip to Galvestion!

A House to Impress

We booked the house for a couples weekend for my husband's birthday - I spent hours online viewing the kitchens, views, furnishings, bathrooms, etc. I wanted a house that was tastefully decorated, had all the amenities of home, had a bathroom for each bedroom and MOST OF ALL would be a relaxing setting for our gathering no matter what the weather. This house was perfect and all of our guests agreed (and are telling their friends about it). Having the beach access so close drew our guests out for walks in the mornings, runs in the surf, and some swimming. We had planned on cooking gourmet meals to go with some special wines and the kitchen did not disappoint. The various outdoor and indoor gathering spaces allowed small groups to relax and nap or read away from the crowd and the kitchen. The instructions for the house were very helpful, everything was in working order and the check in/out were very easy. This house was impressive. We hope to come back.

Absolutely the best beach house we've stayed at

We really searched for a clean, nice, spacious beach house with easy access next to the beach as we would have our immediate family join us and this was a get together for our daughter's birthday. With everything that's going on with Kovid-19, we are a bunch of germophobes now. We couldn't have been impressed and happier with this selection. We've stayed in many locations but by far, this is the best place we have stayed in so far. 1. The house was super clean when we arrived, nicely furnished with all the amenities that we would need to live in a place for a few days like kitchen items, bathroom items etc. We didn't plan on having these so brought our own but the option was available. When it comes to cleanliness, my inlaws are germophobes and even more sensitive to cleanliness with the Kovid19 situation. We usually bring our own sheets, towels etc but these items in the house were already well maintained and clean that we didn't feel compelled to worry about it. My in-laws were satisfied to not worry about this aspect once they got there. The beds, furniture, floor, surface areas etc were all clean. 2. The furniture was top notch, felt like they were brand new in all the rooms and the ambiance gives you a classic rustic feel depending on which room you were at. Each bedroom has TVs along with the sitting room. 3. The access to the beach was one of the best parts we actually realized after we got there even though we saw the pictures. Not every house has direct access to the beach as you would have to walk over to the cross over bridge. The cross over bridge for this beach is right behind this house. As this is a private beach, it is clean and not crowded. 4. The balconies on the second and third floors provides amazing views and a calm view of the ocean front. There was enough furniture - chairs, tables, cushions etc for having a calm relaxing time staring into the ocean. 5. The owners were absolutely helpful and accommodative. We were in touch with Sam. We were to arrive on the day of the tropical Delta's expected landfall. Sam was nice enough to have us chose a convenient time for us to drop in early if we needed to. We were thinking of requesting this but she reached out to us first. 6. The elevator was helpful if you had aged members or needed to move luggage to different rooms. 7. The community/division is well maintained and clean.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterhouse. The location was outstanding and made it so convenient to get to the beach plus made for a lovely setting for our morning coffee and evening gathering. Both the balcony and downstairs space were wonderful gathering spaces for our large family. The kitchen and huge pantry had everything we needed to cook our meals and store our groceries and supplies. The furnishings were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The top floor layout was perfect for our 2 young families with kids. If we choose to stay at Pointe West again, our choice will be Waterhouse.

We loved this house and plan on coming back!!The first morning we did have a problem, a friends was sitting in one of the rocking chairs and it broke right under her. She is fine, but just letting you know.

Beautiful home!

We had our large family trip this year and were fortunate enough to rent this home. It was wonderful, beautifully and comfortably appointed, with a wonderful location right by the crossover. Don’t hesitate on this house. It’s been my favorite out of all the years we’ve been to this area.

Great family vacation spot

Great family vacation spot! This was a second time staying at this location and loved every minute. Plenty of space for the whole family to have their own rooms with a large eating area / counter seating for everyone. Wonderful views of the ocean and ease access. Just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment Would highly recommend to anyone
