The property was great. The home was fully furnished and the kitchen was spectacular. Virtually everything about the home was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again if we had a relatively large group or planning a get together for a large group. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

Great house. Family of 4 stayed, and loved it. House literally has everything you can think of and then some, well stocked kitchen etcetc. Loved the pool and hot tub and spent alot of the time we were “home” swimming. Thank you.

The house was the perfect floor plan for my family. 2 of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the other 2 rooms shared a bathroom on a hallway that could be closed off from the main area. The pool and hot tub were nice to enjoy after a busy day. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of chairs and table/bar space. The house was very clean. We were able to park cars in the garage to open up driveway space. The location was excellent for everything in Sarasota. Right by I-75 and Bee Ridge Road. The property had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas and even had a rolling cooler with ice packs for beach days. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again if I find myself in Sarasota again.

Great place

Very clean and well stocked kitchen and good pool area Best to text with owners instead of using Vrbo app but they were helpful and responsive 20 min from airport Quiet neighborhood near highway Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms

Stay at Lake Sarasota area

House was excellent with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a pool/hot tub. Well furnished and in a great location, very close to Rte 75. We enjoyed a month there.

Good for big families

This house is fantastic for large groups with beds for 11 adults/children. The house has all the facilities you will need for long or short stays, it is well maintained and cleaned. The layout also allows to have certain privacy with bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Easy accessible in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Family Trip

We were in town for a wedding and the house accommodated our large group perfectly. The property was clean and appeared exactly as listed. The pool was perfect! The host was quick to respond to questions and addressed issues that arose quickly. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wheeled cooler, and even a beach cart there for us to use. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area!

Loved the pool

The wrong address was listed on vrbo for the property we rented. We went to the address listed and that was how we found out. The Hall bathroom needs a new ballast the light kept dimming on us at night making it hard to see. There were enough bedrooms for the 12 of us which was great. Everything else was fine.

Not what was originally advertised

This house was not located at the address it stated in the listing. The actual house location was 15 minutes from the community we thought we had rented. Address was changed in VRBO while we were in the house. The pool was listed as heated but was not heated when we arrived. The hot tub was freezing. The house smelled like someone had smoked in it. The house was picked up and decorated nicely but it could have used a deep cleaning and some maintenance work - light bulbs out, towel rack broken off the wall. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this house unless the issues outlined were addressed.

I woI would not recommend this group of individuals. They made an attempt to question the chlorine levels in my swimming pool. The reputable pool company in my town would be able to provide the latest maintenance for the pool, yet they seem to be searching for other issues to create problems. One can never anticipate the extent to which these individuals could harm your business. I would strongly advise against engaging with this group.

Lovely and convenient

This was the ideal, convenient retreat for our family holiday gathering. We had everything we needed and the owner, Han, was wonderful and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Good price!

You get what you pay for. This property was great for the price, lots of space and bedrooms. Nice pool for kids. Spa was not heated but we were told it’s going to be heated in December as this is a new property for the owner. The only reason I’m rating 4/5 stars is because this was likely rented sooner than it should have been as she is still fixing and improving things. There was an odor in the house, you could tell smokers lived there before. Owner is fixing the house up with new paint and many other things so that will likely go away with time. Owner was very kind, she responded quickly to questions. An informational book would be nice for the future so we didn’t have to ask questions but as mentioned, she was very quick to respond. Beds were comfortable and pool is great! The gate around the pool is great for little kids!
