Sarasota pool house is big on style, with big comfortable sectional sofa, 3 flat screen TVs a leisurely screened in pool area for privacy, and private backyard for you (and fully fenced in for your dog). The neighborhood also has bay beach view (Indian Beach —unfortunately the mini beach is currently undergoing an upgrade and is fenced off due to construction), and a marked running path along the bay for exercise enthusiasts.

It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 persons comfortably. The primary bedroom and big bed room have king sized beds, the other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen sized and full-sized beds and the The entire house was freshly painted in creamy neutral, new front door and all new blinds on the windows (fall 2023)We also provide cable and wi-fi service. The screened in pool area has a newer patio table (seats six) and grill; a perfect area for your morning coffee, evening drink, an outside meal or just lounging by the pool.
The 11,000 sq ft. property is entirely fenced in and in a quiet, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. It is just a 5-minute drive from downtown Sarasota, the beautiful St. Armand’s Circle, and Lido Beach. The property is also a short 15-minute drive to the world-renowned Siesta Key beach with its white quartz sand.

A short walk takes you to Sarasota Bay (3 blocks), Ringling College of Art (25 steps) and Jungle Gardens/petting zoo (1 mile). Bike or drive just 5 minutes to: The Ringling Museum of Art and The John & Mable Ringling Estate (Ca d’Zan), Asolo Theatre, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Sarasota Ballet, Sarasota Opera, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Laboratory, Lido Key, St. Armand’s Circle, or the Downtown Main Street strip.
