Unit 105-1 is a charming 3-bedroom townhome, perfect for families or couples traveling together. This inviting retreat offers partial ocean views and access to the ocean and surf within Puamana, a gated 30-acre oceanfront community known for its relaxed island lifestyle and beautiful setting along a half-mile of shoreline.

While Lahaina Town and the north end of Puamana were impacted by the fire, Maui’s beauty and spirit endure. Puamana continues to offer a truly special island experience and a serene place to unwind. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was just completed in October 2025, providing guests with a one-of-a-kind spot to swim and relax right at the water’s edge with stunning views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.

The two-story floor plan features two bedrooms upstairs and a third bedroom downstairs, each with a private bathroom and queen bed. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches throughout—games, cards, and books for downtime, plus a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, an eating bar, and a blender perfect for afternoon piña coladas.

As you enjoy your stay, we kindly ask that you respect the local community and its ongoing recovery efforts.

The beach at Puamana is dependent on wave action.

Absolutely Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay! This home is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and all appliances worked great. I loved that every room has ceiling fans (even the bathrooms) and AC units in the living area along with each bedroom! We we also very delighted to find umbrellas for the patio, which really helped with the rising sun. All three bathrooms are full bathrooms with showers in each one. Great for our family gathering! The owners are very friendly and responsive, and were always quick to respond to any questions. I will 100% recommend this property for rental and I would 100% rent this property again!!!

Perfect location and just what we needed! Love the fact that a lot of things were available… I.e., surfboard, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, tennis raquet, etc. The ac and fridge wasn’t too cold on the first day but by the 2nd, it was cold. I think it’s because it’s turned on the day. Nice area to walk and there’s an area beach side with tables, chairs to just hangout and watch the sunset while listening to the ocean waves.

The beach house is CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL! We really enjoyed our stay here, it offers everything you need and much more. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Maui.

Beautiful stay in a great location that unfortunately will probably never be the same.

We checked out of this beautiful condo three days before the Maui fires. It was one of those places where we for sure will come back to. As far as I can tell, it is still standing, but the clubhouse and some surrounding buildings did burn. This is the most amazing location on the island. Will definitely be back hopefully to help rebuild, and for sure to enjoy the beauty.

Nice family suite

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and comfortable unit, close to the pool and seaside. The multiple bathrooms are certainly a highlight. Comfortable beds. Good character. Love the surrounding property -- very beautiful. Extra parking space not a problem. Convenient to Lahaina. The unit could use an extra deep clean, especially the floors, and there were a few inevitable bugs, but overall a clean space.

Quiet community

Quiet gated community with pools and beach access. The house itself had all the comforts of home. Easy access to all mayor towns you would want to visit.

family vacation location

we loved the easy access to other units, the pools and the playground. woukd definitely come back. our only complaint was the limited hours of the fitness center and not being able to go first thing in the morning also needed a treadmill

Maui getaway

Place was great! Communication with host was easiest ever. Had 1 issue of not finding something and was solved instantly. Was perfect space for a large group like ours. Check out was super simple. Would recommend it to anyone. The kids pool seemed a bit out dated to me but not property owners fault. Loved the adult pool up by the ocean.

Family vacation

Great Location

Great location and easy to walk to the shops in Lahaina. Didn't realize that the property was ran by a company until after we booked on VRBO so it made paying and communicating a little more complicated than usual but still pretty simple. Did not like that you had to check in with security within 24 hours to avoid a fine as we arrived after hours and were out doing things all day the next day so it was very inconvenient to have to try and fit in the check in. Other then that, no real complaints on the actual condo.

Lahaina condo

We received all the codes ahead of time and had no trouble getting in. The home is in gated area that has security checking the grounds regularly, not that there were any concerns. They were also very friendly. The home at a carport that protected our car from the sun and was right in front of the home. We arrived after 6 so we had to check in and register the next day. The codes to the access key worked just fine and we found the place was very clean and as pictured. Everything worked just fine. I appreciated the fact that this owner leaves spices and various food items in the cabinet so you don’t have to buy every single thing. We also left some items for the next renter. Such as coffee and sugar. I noticed that they had a Keurig coffee maker, not my favorite and was looking for the drip maker that was in the picture and that I had brought some supplies for. Since it wasn’t there I sent a message to the owner asking if there was one somewhere on the property. To my surprise, while we were at dinner the owner called us and by the time we got back, he had purchased a new one and left it on the counter. I can’t tell you how much that was appreciated. Thank you so much. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. We often went to the lobby area where we would get a game and sit in the gazebo and play and watch the surfers. We also made it a point to be there around sunset and watch it from the beautiful property. We could not have asked for more The property is just outside Lahaina so it would be an easy bike ride or maybe a 10 minute walk. Prison Pizza is just down the road. It was very good and easy to take to the gazebo for a sunset dinner. Our favorite restaurant was the Plantation House, a bit expensive but the food was great as was the view. Overall out 9 day vacation as phenomenal and would go back in heartbeat. Thank you again Dave for a wonderful vacation.

Great location!

Overall we loved our time in your vacation home. It was comfortable for our group of 5. Always nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom! Location to beach is close and convenient. Pool over the ocean was amazing. Was so nice to sit and see and hear the ocean. The community was safe and easily accessible to Lahaina. Although the living room furniture needs some updating, it is a vacation home and useable. Did see a few cockroaches. Thanks for sharing your amazing home.
