We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay were frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding the guest bedroom AC, the unit was operational but did note it was producing excessive noise on a particular setting. We understand how disruptive that can be, especially at night, and the unit has since been replaced to address the issue. Regarding the BBQ and washer, we believe the intermittent power issues during the storm may have contributed to the difficulties you experienced with both. We’ve since reviewed both items and confirmed that they are operational. Unfortunately, the power outage was a widespread issue affecting the entire West Maui area during the storm and was outside of our control. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We’ve reviewed the items mentioned and have taken steps to address the issues within our control. -CB Island Vacations
