The house is clean, very well maintained in a great location in a quiet street close to the beach. Spacious rooms, perfect for a family gathering. Highly recommend!

Family of 6 adults and 2 children had a great stay. Plenty of room in the house for everyone and excellent location close to the beach. Hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Thi11s was a beautiful house. It was perfect for our girls get away. Beach was a very close walk from the house. We enjoyed the York Harvestfest. House was well stocked. The beds were very very comfy. Lots of onsite parking. Great communication. We would definitely return for our fall trip again.

This was an outstanding VRBO experience. Plenty of space to entertains friends (college reunion of friends 50 years!) in the openness of the kitchen, living room and dining room. Also, ample bedrooms and bathrooms for accommodating our group. Hanging out on the deck was a favorite spot for sharing stories and relaxing. Plenty of parking for guests and a short walk to the beach.The host provided great information about his VRBO and communications with him were excellent via text and phone calls. A 5-STAR RATING!

This vacation property was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, and was well maintained. We appreciated the prompt responses to our requests for details about the different spaces and floor plan. The house was especially clean and the location convenient to the beaches and local attractions. All members of our group raved about this property.

Brian's house was clean, very well-stocked and a great location. We loved having the two living areas to hang out in, plenty of beds and bathrooms and everything worked great. Would stay here again!

This was a fantastic stay and we have never stayed in a home with such wonderful accommodations and amenities! The hosts were super responsive, had amenities like soaps and shampoos and condiments and spices to make our stay even more perfect.We will be back for sure!

Great house for families

Once again, this was a great stay at Jennifer's house. Close to the beach, super easy booking and communications with her and plenty of room for 6 children and 6 adults. We will definitely go back!

Immaculate, newly updated, spacious beach house!

My family of ten had a wonderful time in this house, its close to the beach, with a great kitchen space for cooking, visiting and fun. The owner was very responsive and every detail was thought of prior to our arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect house and location for multigeneration family fun! The house was pristine, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved walking to the beach every morning and watching the sun rise over the water. The walk into town was also very manageable. My son has already asked to go back for a longer stay!

Maine stay

My family consisting of my husband and me plus our 3 adult children and their partners really enjoyed our visit. The home had more room than we needed and seemed like everywhere we needed to go was 20 minutes or less away. I’d book again!
