Thanks for the great feedback and we are thrilled you had such a fantastic time! Our company provides a startup set of essentials and, because different guests have varying needs, we leave it to each group to purchase anything additional. Thanks for staying and we hope to host you again.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear that the stove and porch furniture didn't meet your expectations during your stay. We understand how important these amenities are and we made sure both issues were addressed immediately. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience for you in the future.

Derrith, We are very sorry that items in your unit were broken upon your arrival. This is not the standard experience we aim to provide our guests. We are reaching out to our maintenance and property management teams to address these issues stemming from previous guests. We are happy to hear that you would consider staying at Westwinds again. We value your feedback and are committed to improving your future experiences.

Allison, we are thrilled your family had such a phenomenal vacation experience! Thanks for the review and for choosing to stay in one of our properties. We love the Westwinds building and the views are spectacular! Let us know when you are ready for another beach retreat and we would love to host you again.

Sandi, thank you for your feedback on how we can improve and for the review. We'll discuss the issues with our team.

We're delighted you enjoyed the stunning views and peaceful environment. Please note that while we provide towels in each bathroom, we do not provide beach towels, so guests need to bring their own. Additionally, we provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella per property; anything additional would need to be purchased. It's great to hear our maintenance technician promptly fixed the shower drain. We're glad you had a memorable stay and look forward to welcoming your family back for an even longer visit next time!

Thank you for your feedback and for being a returning guest at Westwinds 4839. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations during your recent stay. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will address the issues you've mentioned regarding the stove, carpets, walls, and bathroom grout immediately. We appreciate your loyalty and hope to regain your trust on your next visit.
